Overcharge me and elevator was broken and they were rude

All the staff was amazing. They deserve a raise or huge bonus.

Elevator was broken had to climb 4 flights with luggage

Not very clean, low-quality sheets and mattress, very small room, an alarm went on during the night, smell of marijuana; I do not recommend it.

There were cigarette burn in the curtains. The mattress was dirty so as the AC. The facility works: hot water, AC works, elevator works (except for the day we left) but everything was poorly maintained. It was also very small.

Clean room, good ac and nice staff.

Air conditioner excellent

There was so much noise during my stay at 1am-6am. Did not get any sleep. Toilet did not work / flush. Staff made so much noise all night and morning.

The Rooms are very clean, I had a satisfying stay.

Privacy and security. Only downside is NO PARKING

Nice place with security but space is tiny . It’s very clean and close to public transportation

Worst hotel I ever stayed at . Requested a huge machine that was in front of the elevator on the 5th floor and asked multiple times to remove it for safety reasons for the guest and they completely ignored the request and also elevator feels like it’s about to break as your riding it . Stayed 3 nights and every night the key card stopped working making it inconvenient to get into my room .

Honestly I did not enjoy my stay at the Wheeler hotel. The whole place smells like smoke, every where including the hotel rooms. My room did not have toilet tissue, no soaps, and not enough towels. I have to go ask for them. Not good for non smoking person like me and I can't recommend family and friends

One thing future guests should be aware of is that there is no on-site parking. While that’s not necessarily a problem, visitors—especially those from out of state—should be very careful when parking nearby. Being from North Carolina and unfamiliar with the area, I knew not to park in front of a fire hydrant, but I wasn’t aware that parking in front of driveways is also prohibited, even when there are no obvious markings. Unfortunately, my car was towed, which resulted in a very expensive inconvenience. Although this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it would be helpful if they provided more guidance about local parking regulations or partnered with nearby businesses or suites to offer paid parking options. Many hotels already offer parking-only arrangements, similar to airport hotels that allow travelers to pay for parking without booking a room. I definitely would have considered that option, especially since it would have cost far less than retrieving my towed vehicle. Overall, the room itself was clean and comfortable, but parking is something guests should carefully plan for before arriving.
