Friendly staff ! Very clean and hidden gem for the area ! Lots nearby things nearby, supermarket, liquor, dispo. Only thing I didn’t like was bathroom doors don’t have locks and the outlets are in the corners of the rooms and not accessible from central part of the or beds.

Got the double queen. A clean, well placed location and convenient for a Yankees fan. Breakfast is standard continental fare. Only complaint is that the water machine on the mezzanine didn’t seem to work for bottle refills. Would stay here again!

Everything was good the only thing I would better would be the a/c on the room that we stayed

Diamond in a rough is how I’d rate this hotel. Clean, friendly staff and overall not bad. I wouldn’t walk around the neighborhood at night but otherwise it’s fine if you’re looking for a place to sleep a couple nights

Check in was seamless!! Staff was amazing!! Rooms were clean! Breakfast every morning and parking in the back!! What more could a girl ask for!! Lovely!

The hotel was in the middle of a Bronx neighborhood but it was amazing!! Just what I needed for a quick getaway. Clean room and bathroom. Amazing staff!! The staff was so nice and accommodating! I didn’t get to try the breakfast because I was tired in the morning and never made it but I did try the coffee one late afternoon and that was amazing too. There is parking around back which is a plus if you have a vehicle. We took the subway( one block down) or the bus ( one block the other way). I will definitely stay here again!!! Thanks :)

Enjoyed our time at the Opera House. Nice clean hotel with helpful staff and many international visitors. Easy access to subway and other public transportation to NY attractions. We had no problems during our stay, day or night. But this area is real life and not the city's "touristy" spot.

everything was great, apart from being in an area where there are junkies everywhere and strong smell of cannabies. The room service / housekeeping was missed one day which was the most annoying part. apart from these two hiccups, we loved the staff.

All the facilities are perfect, the breakfast there’s good options but what I loved the most was the receptionist from the day we arrived that was able to antecipate our check in (we arrived at 6:30am and get to hotel around 2pm). I loved all my stay and totally recommend The street itself it doesn’t seem so good when you arrive - but I didn’t feel in dangerous or something.

The hotel was clean - well maintained and close to the subway and Yankee Stadium at a reasonable price.

Small room but very clean and sanitized. wasn't able to have the continental breakfast but i did have coffee/tea which is available 24/7. I would definitely stay here again. Wasn't able to control the temperature in the room.

The staff was very nice. I did not know their names but the one in the morning and afternoon very kind and helpful. Getting directions places where to clean. I had a great time there thank you guys.
