The staff, acvommodation and location.

Location I did not like their open-concept bedroom with glass bathroom. There’s no privacy. Had I known this through pictures when making reservation, I would not have booked! Lastly, breakfast was also a big let down!

Breakfast is very minimal - especially if you have any dietary issues; nothing gluten free. The rooms are very small and basic.

Three items of clothing disappeared from my room during my stay. I am absolutely certain they were in the room and had not been lost or left elsewhere. I contacted the hotel by phone and by email and asked them to investigate with housekeeping and Lost & Found. No response whatsoever. Having belongings disappear from a hotel room is extremely concerning, and the hotel’s complete lack of response is unacceptable. I strongly question the security and management of guests’ personal belongings at this hotel.

The hotel itself was pretty decent, but however, the staffs was i'm professional and unorganized thay was not helpful at all. I had to wait a lil while for my deposit, because one of the staff misplaced it smh and they handled it like it was my fault never again and check in was also horrible i actually didn't stay the whole time i left a whole day early and lost my money but I didnt care because I felt very unsafe in that area of the BX NEVER AGAIN

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet I will just make a list- The neighborhood was full of litter. They should clean the area around the hotel. The floor was dirty The safe was not working The shelf in the shower was falling off, so it was not usable The bottles of soaps/conditioners were full but not working. I could not get anything out of the conditioner bottle. The food at the "free" breakfast was inedible, gross. The dining area was filthy and the clean part was closed off.

Incredibly accommodating and conveniently located near the subway. Would stay again for sure!
