Very good

Our stay at this hotel was horrible the beds had dirty sheets on them they refused to put new sheets in the beds, when we arrived there were a group of people standing outside the hotel talking to random cars pulling up the guy at the office was extremely rude.

The room was very clean. The air conditioning was fantastic! was impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very satisfying. Coffee 24/7 (excellent coffee by the way), apple juice and orange juice 24/7, which I appreciated as my mother is diabetic and needed orange juice at around 11pm, so thank you!

Overall wasn’t what I expected, it turnt out well. The WiFi was trash needs something done about that the phone didn’t work. The breakfast could’ve been a better option. Hotel need parking for customers

We booked two nights to avoid taking the train in and out of the city for Yankee games on Friday and Sunday. Close access to both the subway and Metro North. The hotel was great! Beyond expectations. The only suggestions I could possibly give would be to add a second waffle maker and there was a vending machine for snacks, but not drink. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating and the room was clean and maintained. I can honestly say that the pictures very much reflect what you see when you arrive and stay.

Good breakfast, there was a temporary leak in washroom but staff were very helpful and everything was setup

Went to a baseball game. Great location

Location to the ballpark. Clean sizeable bathroom. Fair price considering it's NYC. It's pretty clean. Bathroom is the best feature. . Tiny rooms. Bed blocked part of the entrance to the bathroom ( in this particular room anyway). This is my second stay here, and the ballpark side of the hotel is better. I knew what I was getting into going in, though. Will stay again.

Clean room

It’s super close to Yankee Stadium which is awesome but the elevator is SOOO slow. They charge you a crazy fee if you want to check in early. I think it’s like $80 so keep that in mind and they do have a room apparently (from what I heard from the people checking in before me which is why I know about the early check in fee) where they can keep you luggage, but like I said in parentheses the family checking in before me saw said room and opted for earlier check in. The room was fine. What you’d expect for the price. Staff was nice enough. Budget hotel. Would stay again if I was exclusively planning a one night stay to see something at Yankee Stadium but other than that probably not.

I wanted to change my room because the TV kept going out and I could hear outside being that I was on the 3rd floor but it was always an excuse when I asked the clerk

Lovely big room for our family was close to Yankee Stadium, and the subway to get to downtown . We booked a late checkout however the cleaner came before the time, she pushed the door in and opened it with a bin and left it open,while I tried to explain we had paid for extra time. It was frustrating !

Worth the stay because it's a short walk to Yankee stadium
