If you aren’t from an area like the Bronx do not stay here. Stay across the George Washington bridge in New Jersey or in midtown. This hotel is not really for anyone who isn’t local. The atmosphere around the hotel is very sketchy and not safe.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding a very serious incident that occurred during our stay at your hotel. Our mobile phone was stolen while it was in the hotel. We believe the theft occurred during our stay, and we are extremely concerned and disappointed by this situation. This incident has caused us significant inconvenience, financial loss, and distress. We respectfully request that you investigate this matter immediately by reviewing any available security camera footage, speaking with the relevant staff members, and taking all necessary steps to locate our phone. We also ask that you keep us informed of the progress of your investigation. We expect your full cooperation and a prompt response to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Thank you for your immediate attention to this serious issue.

My room was dirty and I had to wait for another room for a while. The room was very dirty and new had to switch rooms asap

The room was basic but well decorated & cozy. Very large wall mounted tv & great AC! Room had a fridge. The bathroom was gorgeous & the toiletries were great & plentiful. Full size bottles provided. Overall, a great place for 1 or 2 night stay.

If you are traveling for a game, stay elsewhere and feel safer and cleaner.

Great location, close to metro/train, friendly staff, but cleaning services were not done daily.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to Yankee Stadium and public transportation. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The surrounding area felt a bit noisy at night, and parking was limited. Other than that, the stay was comfortable.

Good place to stay close to Manhattan. Hotel seems to recently remodeled.

If you are visiting and want to stay near Yankee Stadium, it’s a good price, and you are located in an area that is close to all of the amenities that you may need.

The only real redeeming quality is it is close to Yankee Stadium, which was our reason for booking here. The price was just as high as much better hotels. The surrounding area is basically a slum. Not safe. We would normally go to a restaurant or bar after the game but did not feel like we could for safety reasons. There is no place to even stop and unload your luggage without stopping in the middle street and blocking traffic. Had to pack our luggage several blocks, back to the hotel from where we parked. Would have been better off to stay somewhere in a nicer area and rode the subway to the game.

Just stayed one night, good place for it.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the young man that checked us in was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond what was required of him for us!!!! We checked in on the morning June 13th btw...

The rooms very clean housekeeping was great. The breakfast was okay they need ti add small bagels n cream cheese. One day AC acted up after that no problems. I loved that is was so quiet do to the area i was a little worried. I would highly recommend.

It was a great experience front desk staff was very friendly I got extra towels quick, the breakfast was ok I have no complaints and will be returning and I would recommend this spot
