Easy going for the value. First room was soaked on the floor. Change without problem to rectify the situation Lift was sooooooo slowwwwww

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was awful and the area around it was even worse. I was scared for my life and left right after I got there. I wish ai got my money back, but my life is more important..

Dirty. Staff was very helpful, but the trash that was right outside the doors and in the lobby entrance was a disgrace. I know its The Bronx, but cmon. Young staffers could have taken 5 minutes to clean up.

I travel from Wisconsin to see the Yankees and I bought a souvenir cup at the game and it was stolen from my room.

Liked how neat and tidy everything was. The room size was great, and the view from the 11th floor was better than expected considering the location. I also liked that I could park right in front of the hotel with almost no issues I forgot my headphones in the room I was in after checkout, and when I tried calling, I couldn't get through to any staff. When I checked online, there was nothing I could do, and since I don't live in the area, I couldn't really go back and ask.

Smelled of weed

Staff were friendly and if needed anything they advised to let them know. I would stay again on my next trip to NYC.

The hotel itself is clean, but very limited on toilet paper. The area is a sketchy but the deli right around the corner a must go to.

Our room was semi- clean. However the property itself was dirty. Trash everywhere right out front. Several families living in the hotel. Chose to stay there for it’s close proximity to Yankees stadium. Would not recommend.

The hotel was super clean, and the staff were very nice. It’s in a great location, close to the subway, so you can easily explore downtown Manhattan

Good to stay if you are hear for the game just block walk to the stadium
