Very clean hotel rooms and staff is very accommodating. Air Conditioning was very cool especially during summer heat wave. Breakfast was very smooth. Will be back!

I had a situation where the AC indy apartment wast working and it was a hot weekend. I needed a plane to stay for a couple of days while it was being fixed. I was so relieved to find the Highbridge!! The room was nice and cool and I slept very comfortably!!

My stay was great! Diane, Orlando, Joel, and their team were very accommodating! I’ve stayed here multiple times and every time it’s a great stay. The rooms are spacious and clean! The food at breakfast was good, also coffee is available 24/7. I loved that! There was an issue with a guest screaming and woke us up in the early morning hours but the staff handled it so very well! The AC was great especially since it was hot this week in NY. I did not get the name of the lady that cleaned my room but she was the sweetest person and was so nice when I needed extra towels. Overall I had a great stay and will be booking again. The team at Highbridge Hotel is amazing!!

Someone was smoking for several hours in the middle of the night. It was so bad it smelled like they were in my room. The pillows were too soft. I had to put a bath towel underneath one to get any support for my neck. I had no problems when I stayed for a night last year. A/C was strong. Staff was great. Breakfast was good last year. I had to fast for a test this year.

Staff was great. Good breakfast. Parking was a challenge, especially late at night.

I didn't like the overpriced $30 parking fee. That needs to be reduced.

Staff was helpful, courteous and professional. Breakfast was very good. Parking on-site. AC worked well. Room was clean. A nice place to stay.

It was okay not so good. Area around the hotel was dirty and one of the staff member was so rude. He should learn how to treat and talk to hotel guests.

Overall this hotel was A+. From the cleanliness to the amenities and location. This is my family & I 2nd short stay and we will come back again. I recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the added security feature of the door alarm system, which made us feel extra safe during our stay. Breakfast was also very good, with a variety of hot items such as eggs, bacon, and potato tots, along with a selection of breads, oatmeal, and other standard continental options. Overall, we had a very positive experience with both the hotel and its staff, and we would gladly stay again.
