I was positively surprised by the cleanliness of the property. I have come to lower the bar for certain price levels of hotel stays when I am paying for it out of pocket. For the price range that I paid, I loved what I saw. Breakfast is good considering that is included in the price. I understand the paid parking situation even if I don’t like it. However they allow you to go out and in as many times as you want if you pay for your nights unlike some places where I had to pay every time I get out and try to get back in.

The hotel staff was super friendly. The check-in/checkout process was easy. We were planning on arriving several hours early. While our room wasn't ready, we were able to park ahead of time which worked out perfectly. The hotel was within easy walking distance to Yankees stadium as well as the subway. The room was clean, the shower was hot and room was cool on a hot day. Breakfast was organized and delicious. What else could you ask for?

Very clean, great parking. Nice walk to Yankee Stadium. Would definitely stay again when going to see a game at the ballpark!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a little bit too firm but nice. The staff was extremely friendly especially the young black lady who helped us. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was so helpful and friendly. Beige skirt when I checked in. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast was really good and filling. I had my first trip to a game in Yankee Stadium and the Highbridge Hotel made me feel safe and comfortable thank you!! Highly recommend it!!!!
