Highbridge Hotel

Good price for the location in New York. The room was clean and spacious. Major IT security issue: 7 phishing attempts via multiple channels. Front desk denied responsibility and showed no interest. Room fridge was very noisy. Breakfast was average, selection could be improved.

Nice place to stay! Close to Yankee Stadium

We were very pleased with our stay....its was super clean (you can smell it as soon as you walk in the building) the room was cute and very clean, the staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The distance to the Yankees stadium was great and a quick 10 min walk. Very close to the subway. The breakfast was delicious and it was actual food not just pastries. I loved that parking for our vehicle was very safe and secure. We loved everything about this hotel and we will definitely stay here again hopefully in December for our Christmas adventures. Ps if you want a late night snack, walk 2 mins down the street to Blazin treats 😋 you will not be disappointed and they're open till 2am, AMAZING!! We give our over night stay a 10/10

I had a great time at the Highbridge hotel in the Bronx. Everything was walking distance from the hotel.

Pleasant

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. The breakfast system is very dumb though. Every guest in room must be present to get breakfast and they don't like you taking food to your room. But great location. Plenty of bodegas around. 2 blocks from the 4 train, which will take you wherever. Definitely a go-to spot when visiting nyc.

If you’re hanging around NYC after checking out, the hotel lets you store your bags for 24 hours, which is super helpful.

Great hotel. Close to the subway station on 167th street. Very convenient! We recommend staying here especially if you want to be close to the Yankee stadium, we will visiting again.

Hotel prices were so high when I was in NYC that I chose Highbridge as one of the few affordable options (though it was double or more its usual price). I knew it was a budget option but, based on the photos, I was expecting the hotel to be more modern and better maintained. It wasn't terrible, but not very pleasant. The shower head kept falling down and the cooling/heating hard to adjust, and it was just blah. On a positive note, they did offer a hot breakfast and the subway direct to midtown and downtown was close. I did not feel very safe on the short walk from the subway to the hotel at night but did not have any issues. There was construction everywhere around the hotel with sidewalks ripped up. Still it served its purpose. Would be a good place to stay for a game at Yankee Stadium to just briefly rest your head.

Good value for money and friendly staff and clean . We are a couple in our 60s from central London and we have been to many major cities globally . . I felt ok but my wife was a little uncomfortable in the surrounding neighbourhood. I would say if you get Ubers everywhere and don’t stay out really late you should be fine . All the people we dealt with in the area were fine , but take it into account . The Bronx is interesting.

Breakfast was great delicious as always room clean spacious the cleaning staff was on point came clean room change sheets garbage as suppose no noise quiet love it water runs well shower is awesome love the massage shower head makes me don’t wanna come out

Very close to the Yankees Stadium.

Close to the stadium The shower head was broken Sink in bathroom was clogged Lady that checked people for breakfast was quite rude to guests while she sat and ate. Wouldn't let parents get something for a child because all guests in that room wasn't down to eat all together. Made the child cry and said no exceptions. Totally uncalled for.

Buen servicio

The room was clean and spacious -- for NYC anyway. Would have been nice to have lotions and better soap -- minor details. We appreciated the healthy, homemade breakfast and staff. The woman hostess at the dining room was great -- friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was cordial but didn't go out of their way to give us a late check out (our flight was delayed hours so wanted stay a bit longer to avoid hours at the airport). The Bronx is a tough neighborhood -- filthy and seedy, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Easy to get to Yankee's Stadium.

Enjoyed my first stay at this hotel. Room was clean and well maintained. The modern bathroom was a nice surprise. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The parking area was convenient and secure.

Rooms were clean and a good size. Staff very helpful on checking in. Breakfast was fine - selection of cereal, bagels and cooked breakfast.
