There was a musty smell in our room. It went away with the ac but it froze us all night

Staff were extremely friendly, reliable, welcoming and accommodating. The room was not well cleaned. Hair (in clumps) was found on the floor and questionable (…) hair was found in the bathroom in the sink and around. There was a smell of urine/mold emerging from the AC unit. Once turned off, the scent wasn’t as strong. Walls are very thin and you hear if something drops, someone is talking or a neighbour on the same floor opens/closes their room door. Didn’t use any of their facilities as it was a one-night stay.

Es el primer hotel de esta categoría y de esta zona al que voy donde una habitación no cuenta con nevera. Además, una de las toallas que nos entregaron una estaba rota. Aunque no todas estaban en esas condiciones, considero que el hotel debe tener un mejor control de calidad antes de colocarlas en las habitaciones. Por el precio pagado, esperábamos mejores instalaciones, mayor atención y una respuesta rápida a una solicitud tan básica. La experiencia no estuvo a la altura del costo ni de nuestras expectativas.

Cozy, not flashy. I loved the neighborhood and it was close to NYPH. The front desk staff were super helpful and kind. The room was really small. Too small for more than one person.

The room was clean and beautiful. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The two problems I had causing a difficult nights sleep were the fan on the air conditioner ran continuously and the duvet quilt was very thick and warm so that I couldn’t use it. When I used only the sheet I was too cold. No light-weight summer coverlet to use.

The property was clean, and staff was great. If you’re looking to go to a game at Yankee Stadium, it’s very close. Only thing to keep in mind is the rooms are very small.

We needed to be close to the hospital and this is a great place to stay, it’s close, the staff is so nice and the room is clean.

TINY room. AC kept shutting off. Staff finally solved problem, after more than an hour. Booking included free breakfast, but hotel does not and has never offered free breakfast. Beware that parking overnight in a lot will cost $75 or more. Front desk staff extremely kind and helpful. Room was clean.

There was no free breakfast other than that it was an excellent hotel, it did say breakfast was included. But when I got there and asked I was told otherwise.

Very good

This hotel was a great option for those of us traveling from out of town while a loved one was being treated at the medical center. It is clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful. During a stressful and exhausting time, it offered a great place to get some rest.

Great Location. 1 block from metro. Very nice, clean room. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Friendly community. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
