Unexpected amenities fee didn’t say that while booking

Only feedback I have is that the drink voucher was unclear. I even went to the host/greeter and showed it to them and they let me order a drink that wasn't included. They were gracious after the issue was brought up a nd we worked it out but should the receptionist or the voucher itself should say- "must order at the bar and not a table."

Shower could've benefitted from a lip to prevent water from getting everywhere...

I enjoyed my stay a Radio Hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, i also loved being able to grab a good cup of coffee downstairs. Overall, I give my stay a 4 out of 5 and would definitely consider staying here again.

Friendly and professional staff, Nikki and Lizbeth were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the delicious cappuccino Lizbeth was making for me with her welcoming smile. The room was cleaned the next day and smelled good when we came back. I will for sure stay at this hotel when I come visit my daughter at school.

The staff at reception were friendly and professional. As a woman traveling with my teen daughter safety is paramount so I appreciated that my pertinent information was not spoken aloud across the counter and my room number was simply written and not spoken. My room was clean and ready on time and checkin took less than 5min. I requested a high floor and my request was honored. The hotel was convenient to public transit and the neighborhood offered plenty of options for sights and food! The hotel even gives a voucher for a free item at the reception cafe or a cocktail/mocktail at their rooftop bar- one per guest per nights stay (2guests for 2 nights so we got 4 vouchers). The ONLY drawback I can mention is that the noise from the hallway can get pretty loud at times. It was not the sound of rowdy guests, sounded more like random building noises- but at times if our room was quiet it would startle myself or my daughter. We eventually got kind of used to it by the time we checked out. Checkout was super smooth and the hold on my card was released immediately!! I would 1000% stay here again and have already recommended to my friends/family!!

The location is a little loud but that’s all NYC. There’s not a lot restaurant choices around but the restaurant on site is always an option. Overall you get what you pay for…

I thought this hotel was superb. Amazing location in an eclectic, lively neighbourhood; and great value-for-money for NYC. Really friendly and helpful staff. And the room was simple and utilitarian, but also exceptionally well-designed and aesthetically and stylistically so cool as well. Free cocktails made for a nice welcome gift, and the overall energy and vibe of the stay was so on-point. One *tiny* quibble was the low pressure from my showerhead, but that was a small inconvenience at most. I've visited New York many times before, but staying uptown in the Heights this time was an excellent decision, rather than defaulting to midtown area. I'd highly recommend choosing Radio Hotel if like me you're an international traveler and you want a place to stay that's way away from the tourist spots, but from which those spots are still easily accessible (1 train straight shot down and up for the win). The staff and building are a credit to hoteliers the world over, and whoever is in charge there should be roundly applauded for the quality of service they have effectively delivered.

Nice hotel, great location, and a lovely rooftop and garden! Heads up on parking: paid parking is available but doesn't allow in-and-out privileges. Fortunately, street parking nearby is a solid, manageable alternative.
