Staff was great but that’s about it. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. You can hear everything from the hallways

safe clean!

Amazing stay the hotel it’s in the heart of lots of shops and restaurants.

It was very good until the final night when the hotel literally threw a rave in the courtyard. Why they would put anyone in rooms where the music was shaking the floors, I don’t know. What I know is that I could not sleep and it completely ruined my stay.

The hold that they say is temporary but they keep some of the money for themselves so watch out for that. My hold was $75 per night of my stay totalling to $225 that they said I would be refunded. $81.63 of that money they kept and I wouldn't even know if I didnt ask for my receipt. Plan to not get all of the hold back and you'll have a great time.

I personally loved how the staff made me feel welcomed with them going through a lotta chaos going on with an event that they had through the restaurant. For me, even the parking was a hassle before I even checked in, but as soon as I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by Larry and Kareem and they went above and beyond for me the whole night I truly thank them for going above and beyond while they were dealing with a lot bc of the event Personally, I just feel like that event was too much for that spot , I came from Long Island to relax and to have a good time, but there was a lot of chaos within the event whoever organized it organized the terrible and I hope that they can figure it out because they are really making the hotel staff work more oh yeah and the music didn’t stop till 12:46 ( I know bc I stayed up )

This hotel is in a terrible area. They were holding a private event and the music was so loud the entire block was vibrating. They could not accommodate parking for my Tahoe. One garage required an elevator and the other fills up at night. On street parking did not appear to be easy. We did not end up staying. We talked to the front desk and they allowed us to leave and have us a full refund with no problem. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice.

The hotel was great. The room was a bit small, but no complaints otherwise.

The guys at the front desk provide excellent service. They do a great job. They need to change the way they welcome guests and improve parking coordination so that one can unload in the designated area and handle the check-in process right at the hotel; doing it the way they currently have it set up was very tedious. The service at the bar—formerly known as Jalao—was terrible. The young woman was rude and impolite, and the service was awful; she had the air conditioning turned off and showed absolutely no interest in ensuring our comfort or making us feel at home—that was the worst part.

The hotel itself was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were small and comfortable and so were the beds. They room was clean but could have used some updates and repairs. We had two main issues with our stay. The first was parking. The website states on-site parking which is definitely not the case. There is a public garage next to the property but was completely full with residents of the area that pay monthly and the staff there was rude. We had to drive several blocks to find an open lot as there was not any street parking and most streets people were double parked. Our other issue is that Saturday night there was an extremely large promotional party that we had no idea was happening. No notice was given to me when booking or when we arrived. There were so many people you could not even get into the lobby or from the lobby to the bar across from it. The party went until 11 pm and was extremely loud. After the event ended we were startled awake by ambulance and police sirens out front of the hotel. This wasn't just 1 or 2 cops this was dozens of police officers, multiple ambulance and a fire truck. I would like to give a better review as the hotel itself was very nice but the parking was a nightmare and should be stated correctly on the website so people know before booking. They should also tell people about large events like this as we would have chosen somewhere else to stay had we known.

Fantastic place! It was close to everything we needed to see and do. The view from our corner room on the 11th floor was breathtaking! The staff were consummate professionals providing excellent service! They went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended!

The only thing was there was no microwave in the room.

Hotel staff was friendly and proficient. Room was clean, modern, and very small. Refrigerator holds 3 water bottles. On 2nd floor, noise from events in atrium bar shook windows and headboard, continued to 3 a.m., when parties moved inside to rooms. At @ 5 a.m. Journey was blasted, maybe a Zoomba class? 4 nights there impossible to sleep. If you're looking for a party hotel, this is it. Better than sleeping under a bridge.
