The rooms have stains - walls, rugs, lampshades - and deeply ingrained dirt behind the sink. Security latches that are loose, and don't function. A deadbolt between connecting rooms that won't latch. Lamps with the on/off switch gone, so it can't function. Dismal decor, no elevator, worn and smelly hallways and stairs. Fire doors that don't close properly, and are missing the hardware to latch. I would feel safer in the Bates Motel.

Pool was shut down for construction or repairs or something. This info wasn't lusted and the price sure didn't go down to account for it.Fire alarms went off at 4:30 am in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. Had to evacuate in a downpour. Areas of the parking lot flood 2ith heavy rain. Attached Mexican restaurant was good. No hot breakfast except for a waffle.

A former Holiday Inn waterpark, the whole place smells like a thousand damp basements. Room was very humid; AC could never quite get up to speed to blow the humidity out of the room. TV was about 18".

Rooms were nice and clean..... Staff friendly and helpful...

I was directed to go to Entrance 5 for my room...but as you drive around the building, no numbers seemed evident. Then, after stopping at every door...U notice the numbers are on the glass door - with the orientation from the inside...and impossible to see unless interior lights are on. Then the handle to the entrance door on entrance 5 was hanging from the door by one screw. Hallways dark, flooring was not clean, room is VERY dated...i.e. there are no USB charging capabilities in any of the desk or bedside... I have photos...it was not a great stay.

The hot tub was closed, as was the pool and fitness area. The breakfast room was so gross, even the buttons on the juice machine were dirty. The floor was gross and the trash bins were so dirty, I didn't even want to throw my trash in them. The room had chipped cabinets and flooring.

Bummer the pool area is closed, looks really cool but we knew before staying. Otherwise everything was great and as expected for our stay!

    Old and dirty

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The breakfast was poorly done. The bread/donut items had obviously been around awhile. They were in plastic sandwich bags but some were hard. Overall a poor experience. Would not recommend. The evening staff person was kind and apologetic, but it seems poorly run.

The room was terrible, stains all over the carpet, outdated, strong chemical smell, and the toilet didn't flush

The hotel was quick and easy to get you off from the freeway and have everything you could want for our nights stay. Night lady staff was very helpful.

The pool was the reason we booked there and it was too late to change hotels. We were about the only ones there. It looked like it was closed. Phone and clock in the room were not functional. Needs updated.

No AC, pool broke down, dirty, fire alarm went off.

We booked this hotel because of the Waterpark only to find out the Waterpark has been closed for repairs since this winter. There are no elevators so prepare for more than one trip for your luggage. The hallways do have a terrible smell. In our room, one of the lamps was plugged into an outdoor extension cord. The phone provided in the room was dirtiest phone I've ever seen in a hotel. Never been cleaned. Also the breakfast was bare minimum, a 1 cup size cereal option and waffles. If at all possible choose a different hotel.
