Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brookings, SD

The staff was friendly. The property overall could use a deep clean. Everything just looked dirty. Breakfast was good. You could make your own waffles and they had a decent variety of other choices.

Our initial room smelled musty and carpet wet. Within 5 minutes manager (Rog?) Was there, with new key cards to upgraded room and he apologized, saying it might be due to the storm last night. A little while later they were still working on the prior room, fixing the carpet right away. Great service. Breakfast attendant nice and friendly

This hotel is in need of a major deep clean and renovation. Upon entering it was evident that this is an outdated and grungy hotel. Our room had stains on the bathroom walls near the toilet (gross). There were stains on the walls in our bedroom as well. The carpets were filled with crumbs. The hallways were also in need of a clean. Window sills were dusty and dirty. The pool was warm, but is in need of a major update as well. For the price we paid, this hotel should have at least been clean. Pictures on the website make this hotel look so much nicer than it truly is. Honestly it is infuriating that they can make the pictures look as good as they do. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to friends and family. Do better.

Older hotel. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Clean and good breakfast. Breakfast staff was so nice and welcoming.

Easy check in. Good breakfast, comfortable bed.

The hot and pool had clumps of hair floating around the water and there was clumps of hair on the floor in the pool area. One ladder in the pool was broken. Pool area was definitely a disappointment for someone staying with small kids. Continental breakfast was decent. Will not stay at this hotel again.

2nd room was not much better. Clearly prior renter had animal in room as mirror and windows were not cleaned from dog slobber. Found a live tick. Both rooms smelled. Sucked it up as had family staying on first floor. Their room appeared to have been much better maintained. Too many hotel options in the area so would not return.

We stayed here for 1 night. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Property was clean.

Needs to be remodeled, very dated. No ice machine, elevator floor was very wet from the pool every evening. Sheets and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but shower head was loose.

Good place other than when we arrived there were dirty/rusty looking rags sitting on top of the tub spicket…that was gross.

Clean room and great staff!

It was convenient off of the interstate The bathroom needs to updated or clean and repaired as there is a lot of caulking in the tub walls and etc and mold is growing around the tub. Also the head of bed sloped downward causing a lot of unneeded pressure to the head and woke up with a severe headache. Extra pillows didn’t help either.

Hotel staff were wonderful, I did not need any additional help after checkout. Bed was very comfortable and other amenities were easy to use. Hotel needs to be updated, bathroom was in the most need of a remodel. Stay was ok

This was our third year staying here. The only issue we had was the jets in the hot tub didn't work. The ac said to use thermostat on the wall but it didn't seem to work so we used the unit itself.
