This place met our needs perfectly. This hotel had nice sized rooms and a large refrigerator in the kitchen area, which I appreciated. Comfy beds. Place was Quiet. Very close to the places in town we needed to go to. I don 't believe there was a work out room, though. That is really the only thing I missed.

Our room was very clean, mattress was nice and firm but not too firm, and the laundry facilities were clean. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful!

Looks like new. Great price. Has only fresh coffee, but in your room is a 2 burner cook top, microwave, full refrigerator with ice maker. Bring your own dishes and however many meals you want to make there.

Everything was just fine. So clean, we appreciate that so much. Only offer coffee in the lobby and in the room. There is lots of cupboards in the room, with a 12 Oz coffee maker, a full size refrigerator, a toaster, and two burner cook top. Bring your own food and cooking utensils if you want to make any meals in the room. Walmart near by also for buying food. Great price we though.

This was probably the fourth time I stayed at this hotel. It's always clean and the staff treats you right. I will most likely stay here again the next time I'm in Brookings.
