Front desk girls were nice and accommodating. Our deadbolt didn't lock on our door, and the bathroom door had to be slammed to close. Sad the slide was closed for maintenance.

The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was having issues the female staff who worked over night she was extremely helpful and even moved us. I wish I could remember her name. Nothing

Pool and slide were closed our whole stay. Grandkids disappointed.

The property was very clean, the rooms, the hallways, front desk and outside of the building. Breakfast was hot and things were replenished as needed.

Room was clean....Water pressure was really bad. Slide to the pool was broken the whole weekend so our kids were disappointed....it was one of the reasons we picked the hotel was to use the pool and slide. Breakfast was not a very good selection and most of the things were empty. The toilet in our room would not flush at all. The room itself was clean and decent to stay in.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was dirty and the slide was broken. There was no notification that the slide would be down when we arrived.

Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge

No coffee or ice bucket in the room. Othetwise pretty good.

Waterslide was down, was the main reason we booked this hotel for kids didnt find out until we checked in and too late to cancel. Breakfast was good, rooms were decent.

We did not get the room we reserved. We were supposed to have a Jacuzzi in the room. We did not and our room rate was not adjusted.

It was noisy because of all the high school students stay with us. Not a problem as we expected that.
