Room was clean....Water pressure was really bad. Slide to the pool was broken the whole weekend so our kids were disappointed....it was one of the reasons we picked the hotel was to use the pool and slide. Breakfast was not a very good selection and most of the things were empty. The toilet in our room would not flush at all. The room itself was clean and decent to stay in.

It was dirty and the slide was broken. There was no notification that the slide would be down when we arrived.

Advertised photos of waterslide but it could not be used. Would have chosen another hotel if I wasn't misled by photos.

Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge

No coffee or ice bucket in the room. Othetwise pretty good.

Waterslide was down, was the main reason we booked this hotel for kids didnt find out until we checked in and too late to cancel. Breakfast was good, rooms were decent.

We did not get the room we reserved. We were supposed to have a Jacuzzi in the room. We did not and our room rate was not adjusted.

Brookings was hosting the State BB Tournament. It was so hard to get rooms, but finally got room at Garner. The staff was so great and we had to check out early as some of our family got sick. It was noisy because of all the high school students stay with us. Not a problem as we expected that.

The property and room were very clean. Love the proximity to restaurants and venue location. Employees were nice, helpful and respectful.

One of the best hotels we ever had. It was clean smelled amazing from the front door to our room. The rooms were clean and cozy feeling. The bed was also comfortable. Staff was helpful.

This motel advertises the "blue water slide" that is NOT working. I had paid extra to stay at this facility because my Grandchildren working meeting us there. We were NEVER told that the waterslide was closed until AFTER my Grandchildren arrived. I feel that this is FALSE ADVERTISING. EXTREMELY disappointed

Found the bed, sheets, pillows very comfortable. All staff welcoming and friendly.
