The room had bedding with holes in it when I went to check in I waited 30 minutes when an employee walked in to work his shift then left me check in shower doors were messed up

Not bad. I needed a stay before heading back on a plane in a few hours. It was fine.

The hotel in the front look nice I thought I was about to have an amazing stay . I like the design but couldn’t enjoy cause the bathroom door was broken . Where do I start . They have no customer service the guy that check me in seem to be the only guy so there was time no one was there I got stuck out my room. I didn’t like they didn’t have no complimentary or no housekeeping. The lady they had there didn’t speak English at all. Didn’t even kno n asked if I was ok . For how much i paid it was worth it .

There was nothing to like about this place and I should have known when I realized you could not cancel the reservation. Huge regret and Never Again Rude and unprofessional staff (front desk guy), janky, dingy linen, unpleasant smell, no iron, no drawers/storage, smaller than photos, not worth it.

There was enough parking It was dirty. Got 3 room changes because room wasn’t clean so I left and drove back home to Boston

Broken AC biohazard, dangerous windows mold on the bathroom tiles foreign water Nothing

Smelled like smoke, blood on walls, no toiletries, dirty hallways (trash on floor), something smeared on bathroom wall. The front desk agent gave me a room card by itself without a cover or written room number and just told me my room number out loud with hotel guests behind me which is a safety issue.
