BKWAY Hotel Brooklyn

Absolutely nothing The hotel was very dirty and had a strong smell of cigarettes and weed. At night, there was a lot of noise and shouting coming from other rooms, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

Exceptional

The hotel in the front look nice I thought I was about to have an amazing stay . I like the design but couldn’t enjoy cause the bathroom door was broken . Where do I start . They have no customer service the guy that check me in seem to be the only guy so there was time no one was there I got stuck out my room. I didn’t like they didn’t have no complimentary or no housekeeping. The lady they had there didn’t speak English at all. Didn’t even kno n asked if I was ok . For how much i paid it was worth it .

There was nothing to like about this place and I should have known when I realized you could not cancel the reservation. Huge regret and Never Again Rude and unprofessional staff (front desk guy), janky, dingy linen, unpleasant smell, no iron, no drawers/storage, smaller than photos, not worth it.

Nothing!!! Called to confirm that it is clean and comfy. Got a very enthusiastic yes. Showed up to a pot smelling building, even the room with blasting ac couldn't get rid of it. Ordered a king deluxe, the room was smaller then can imagine a hotel room ever being with a full size bed, not a king.... I left after 15 minutes.... Hoping to get a refund
