My stay was amazing! My kids & I loved it!! The room was very clean, nice & smelled very good. We had everything we needed staff was very nice. Don’t have any complaints I would just suggest that the showers get cleaned a tad better but other than that everything was excellent, will be staying here any time I visit NYC!

Bad area. I didn't feel safe co.ing or leaving

air conditioning worked, the room was clean and the bathroom too, the lobby and hallways were alright, the staff were nice eventhough sometimes they seemed lost/confused too but they helped, wifi worked too, the location is nice because it’s in brooklyn so commuting isn’t so crazy

I called the property to ask about parking garages nearby since they do not have parking. The person that answered the phone said “we don’t have parking”. I asked again about a parking garage near by and he told me to Google it and hung up. Very rude. The room was pretty clean but small. It did not have a closet. Air conditioner was

it is what you expect from budget hotel in NYC. the room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Street parking (very common in NYC). Easy check in check out

The "continental breakfast" was a sack lunch in a bin

Good Nice

So much smoking and noises from the others room . You can hear everything laugh, tv , bed movement.

I sat on the bed as a 110lbs person and one of the legs of the bed was broken and collapsed. I looked under the bed to fix it and it was so dirty there was an earring from the last person underneath.

It’s was okay just parking issue

Coffee cups had no lid. Juices tasted off. Cafeteria area doubled as hotel storage. ( mattresses, etc.) Terrible parking Parking One man staff

Our flight was canceled out of JFK and we needed a one night stay. The staff was great but so many things were amiss. Phone not connected, no juice in the juice machine in lunch room, no hair dryer. We were awaken at 3 am from noisy, laughing men who stomped in the hallway in front of our door. Felt unsafe. With phone not connected had to look up phone # and call on iPhone. The hotel looked run down. The manager handled quickly.

Convenient to transportation and clean facilities

I will definitely stay here again
