Dirty sheets, very mysterious stained chair that is just taking up space in the room

There's an above ground subway lin that runs parallel with the hotel; quite noisy and can make sleep difficult.

All was okay, but shouldn't promote free breakfast..... They give you a brown paper bag with something in it...

My stay was amazing! My kids & I loved it!! The room was very clean, nice & smelled very good. We had everything we needed staff was very nice. Don’t have any complaints I would just suggest that the showers get cleaned a tad better but other than that everything was excellent, will be staying here any time I visit NYC!

Bad area. I didn't feel safe co.ing or leaving

The property was decent but small . Breakfast was not hot as advertised but in a back at the front desk. Kitchen is currently used as a storage for furniture with flickering lights.

air conditioning worked, the room was clean and the bathroom too, the lobby and hallways were alright, the staff were nice eventhough sometimes they seemed lost/confused too but they helped, wifi worked too, the location is nice because it’s in brooklyn so commuting isn’t so crazy

I called the property to ask about parking garages nearby since they do not have parking. The person that answered the phone said “we don’t have parking”. I asked again about a parking garage near by and he told me to Google it and hung up. Very rude. The room was pretty clean but small. It did not have a closet. Air conditioner was

Nothing! The whole place was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke, and was dusty, and the bedding had cigarette burns. The breakfast was the worst, with packaged junk food in a brown paper bag. Nothing Loud and it’s also a shelter

it is what you expect from budget hotel in NYC. the room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Street parking (very common in NYC). Easy check in check out
