Nice and comfortable stay. I would recommend anytime

Everything was decent, the bathroom sink did not work and the toilet was not stabilized. If I stayed longer than a day, I would request another. I was able to take a shower, but couldn’t do anything else.

This place is in a bad area. If you are traveling alone I do not recommend staying here. The staff was ok, but the area and place in general was poor overall. It’s disappointing that Hotels.com has this place as an option. The charge for one night was overcharged by Hotels.com which makes it even more disappointing. I have always trusted them with my choices for years, but after this I’m not sure I will be able to.

I would definitely stay at Hotel 369 again

Terrible area with hookers and crackheads, there was a hooker going from one room to the other. The guys at the front desk even gave her some change.

The hotel is located very close to the Liberty Avenue subway station, which is in a very sketchy area. I asked some locals about it, and they kept telling me that the area is not safe and that I should not walk alone at night. Due to a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel via Lyft (luckily I did that instead of taking the subway). As soon as my car neared the hotel, I saw four prostitutes waving at the vehicle, along with several other people just loitering nearby. Furthermore, the front desk check-in area is isolated behind a bulletproof window, which immediately gives you a hint about the neighborhood. I had to use earplugs every night to sleep because the room's soundproofing is quite poor. I heard sirens and incredibly noisy, modified cars outside multiple times a night. Even in the morning, when you walk outside, random people will stare at you or ask you for food, and the surroundings look dilapidated. I searched Google, and it notes that the area surrounding the "Liberty Avenue subway station" in Brooklyn is generally considered a high-risk area with elevated rates of violent and property crime. The station sits on the border of East New York and Brownsville, two neighborhoods that historically and consistently rank among the highest in New York City for crime statistics.

Poor Quality It's a Motel . . Doesn't matches The quality of a Hotel.. .
-
If you notice this area, just don’t bring your kids over here… staff no longer cares anymore. A lot of men and women walking around late night hotel only has five parking spaces.
-
Very noisy, luckily for me I'm a heavy sleeper, but for those who are light sleepers, avoid it. People will wake you up with their very very very loud music
