Hi. We were interrupted from our sleep several times despite the do not disturb sign. We arrived very late after a long day and just wanted to sleep. Not in need of turn down or cleaning service. Especially from staff who did not speak English asking if we needed it or urged us to check out despite extending the stay for another 4 hours. Clearly there was a break down in communication between the front desk with housekeeping.

The hotel is decent, nothing extravagant but decent. The service is attentive, the breakfast is fine, nothing out of the ordinary for the price. The only bad thing is that it doesn't have private parking, so you have to look for a spot nearby. They should consider having microwaves in each room because the only one is in the cafeteria, and being on the 4th floor, you have to go down and up just to heat up an instant soup. Other than that, everything is fine and acceptable. It's a good place if you want to save money and stay in Brooklyn.

The property is set up as a homeless ahelter. My room was in the ground floor and someone qas trying to enter in to my room. Beat advice is do not book a room there. Is not set up for tourist. They have people living at the Facilty. I am trying to get a refund!!

Was disappointed it was no soap in the bathroom. When I call the front desk for help I was being ignored. So I had to go to the store.

I needed somewhere to stay in the area. There were very limited options. This was very bare bones but I was most concerned it would be dirty or smelly. IT WAS VERY CLEAN. NICE BATHROOM. BEDS WERE FRESH AND CLEAN LINENS. AC WAS SUPER COLD (great for the hot summer). I am used to really nice hotels but did not have a choice here and I was very surprised that all the basic needs exceeded expectations.

The hotel was ok but the location was terrible. Dirty mattress on the sidewalk and garbage was hard to walk over the garbage and no parking

Location is awesome. The shower was great with the bath wash and hair products firmly attached. 10 out of 10. No complementary water, I didn't see a coffee pot. Limited TV stations. The mirror lighting could me brighter 8 out of 10.
