The rest everything was really great.
-
Good service, helpful staff, clean room, I like the to-go breakfast!
-
Perfect location lots of restaurants and shops. Everything was good but the wifi was not the best.
-
Brand new and clean
-
The room was perfect for what I needed, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily, which I appreciated...The area that its located in was very lively, culturally fun and safe, I will book again whenever I am in Brooklyn

Sink was clogged upon arrival. Hair on the shampoo bottle. Dirty linen in the elevator for several hours. Overall, not great, but for the price, I guess it wasn’t surprising.
-
It was close to the park and good restaurants. In a lively neighborhood.

Better than I expected. Would stay again. Conveniently location.

Lovely place, terrible WiFi and tv service but overall good and clean.

I usually don't write reviews, but this one deserves the first prize for negative scores. I have stayed at many hotels, both cheap and expensive, and I have never encountered one that lacked the basic amenities. The room has no ironing board, no iron, and no microwave. This establishment is a newly built hotel, and I believe it was constructed out of greed; the room is so tiny that I barely have enough space to put my luggage and move around, which has left me very disappointed.

Very peaceful place, stuff are very nice. The place is very clean.
-
No wifi so we could not look ,at tv. And $271 per night! Also the body wash bottle was empty
-
The room was clean and the staff was attentive. The room was exceptionally small and the queen bed occupied about 85% of the room. I would definitely stay there again but only for very short stays.
-
Very convenient to King’s Theater if you’re in town for a show.
-
Good location for my needs. The room was clean, but smaller than I had ever. Interesting bagged breakfast at front desk to take to your room. I would return if it were absolutely needed and there were not other equal or better options.

This is a new hotel on Church Ave. There are no other hotels nearby. So it is busy as it caters to a diverse group and wide area. It fit our needs as it is safe and clean and central to the subway and walkable to other neighborhoods. There are diverse ethnic restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean, light and airy. The bathrooms are a good size. It is sparse in terms of no closet but a place to hang things and a place for luggage. There is a fan with air-conditioning and heating which is necessary to block out the street noise. The entrance is small but is staffed 24/7. Staff is kind and attentive. There is coffee and tea available all the time. Continental breakfast is limited for vegetarians. If you drive, you will need to park a few blocks away.

We had a great time, very clean

We needed a play to stay overnight since we were between apartments and the place did the job. Bed was cozy, AC worked great. Street outside was loud but we actually didn’t really feel it. Maybe not the most suited for long stays but I’d recommend this place for sure.

El hotel con facilidades muy limpias y modernas. Pero, no está cerca ni accesible de Manhattan. Toda una aventura llegar y salir de allí !!!

The location was good and you get all your basic needs for a room. There’s bagged breakfast you do have to ask for & coffee available. The room is very small & the wifi sucks. My AC was leaking so the room was damp. They don’t allow visitors
