The room was clean and the staff was attentive. The room was exceptionally small and the queen bed occupied about 85% of the room. I would definitely stay there again but only for very short stays.
-
Very convenient to King’s Theater if you’re in town for a show.
-
Good location for my needs. The room was clean, but smaller than I had ever. Interesting bagged breakfast at front desk to take to your room. I would return if it were absolutely needed and there were not other equal or better options.

This is a new hotel on Church Ave. There are no other hotels nearby. So it is busy as it caters to a diverse group and wide area. It fit our needs as it is safe and clean and central to the subway and walkable to other neighborhoods. There are diverse ethnic restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean, light and airy. The bathrooms are a good size. It is sparse in terms of no closet but a place to hang things and a place for luggage. There is a fan with air-conditioning and heating which is necessary to block out the street noise. The entrance is small but is staffed 24/7. Staff is kind and attentive. There is coffee and tea available all the time. Continental breakfast is limited for vegetarians. If you drive, you will need to park a few blocks away.

We had a great time, very clean

We needed a play to stay overnight since we were between apartments and the place did the job. Bed was cozy, AC worked great. Street outside was loud but we actually didn’t really feel it. Maybe not the most suited for long stays but I’d recommend this place for sure.

El hotel con facilidades muy limpias y modernas. Pero, no está cerca ni accesible de Manhattan. Toda una aventura llegar y salir de allí !!!

Everything was great

Nice area and price

The street in front of the hotel (Church Av) is quite busy and noisy, and the room walls were not very good at keeping noise from other rooms out. It was not clear to me whether the cleaning was "on demand" or automatic. As it was, I was there for 4 nights and only one cleaning occurred when I actually saw the cleaning lady and she asked me if I wanted the room cleaned. The location and the ok prices make it worthwhile. But do not expect a lot.

Really below average stay, from the room to the service to the lack of amenities to the room size. Can’t recommend staying here.

Great

comfortable stay despite initial appearance of the hotel from outside. a good place to stay if you are looking for something last minute. room was clean, ac working, pretty good amenities for a 3 star hotel. staff was very helpful when i called the front desk about a question. i overall really enjoyed my stay here!

Cons: The room was quite quaint (small). No real storage area for suitcase or clothes (if this more than one day). The true cleanliness of the room is questionable, as there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower area. Overall, not a bad stay. We would stay here again.

Great location with a lot of dining and shopping near by.

Great value for a simple, clean, comfortable hotel room. I didn’t find the room to be “small” at all like other reviews mentioned… pretty average for what you’d expect in the area. It was great for a solo traveler / couple. AC works, staff was helpful, and amazing food in the area— all the Caribbean food your heart desires. I stayed here to walk to a concert at King’s Theater, highly recommend.

Wifi don't work well very weak

Sleep Inn is conveniently located and safe for solo travelers. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location could use some updates and rooms are pretty small. For the price and location, would recommend.

Really clean, small rooms in the funky heart of Flatbush. The hotel owner was really helpful, holding the 2nd key and taking my friend's name after I checked in so he could get a key while I was out. Also forgot to mention we might be back after midnight and ended up getting back after 3 from a friend's wedding, but there was someone at reception checking people in so no worries. AC blasted cold, but fully controllable. Only complaint is the toilet seat (in 405) didn't fully fit the toilet so it looked a little dicey (but held up), the elevator doors stay open a very long time, and the room was a little smaller than it looked in the pics. Everything else was dialed. 9.8 stars.
