He insisted the AC would be fine after 10 minutes, but that was not the case. Maintenance came, sprayed disinfectant on the air vents, and left. It smelled better, but the next night it went back to smelling strange, so we went to the front desk again and a different person was working. No questions asked, he changed our room and it was so much better. Other than that incident, our stay was good and the breakfast was okay.

No parking available, Hotel location is not clean ….12 minutes walk from hotel to nearest Subway station. Hotel rooms are small and good for 2 people… not enough space for family with kids… staff and breakfast is ok … Room is clean and room service is good…

They need to keep better maintenance in bathroom. Coffee maker didn't work and TV remote did not change channels either And have a more variety selection at breakfast. Too expensive for one night very small rooms

I liked that I was on the first floor. The soda machine was empty and the candy machine was empty. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast. Also they only had one menu for customers. I’m quite sure that there other restaurants in the area.

Very bad Overall experience was bad. We just showed at the property but found very pathetic so left it without staying there.

We had to book this hotel last minute due to flight cancellation.however, hotel room was clean enough for a night. Hotel floors can definitely use some upgrades but overall not bad for a night stay.

Excellent housekeeping and maintenance absolutely five star however the hotel has little to offer the double bedroom we stayed in was very small but if you need a place to stay it definitely cuts the mustard.
