The Vue Hotel Express

Worked well for a short solo trip. Well located near subway station. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking is limited, there are only 2 spots at the Hotel. There was street parking in the area. Would stay again.

Rude manager and no smart TV or wifi.. They need upgrade they're services and amenities..No microwave or fridge .. They can do better for The price.

The room was clean and they offer breakfast as well. It’s more like a self serve option

It was a good experience the room was clean bathroom was clean,the only think I didn't like was how small the room was and that they didn't have a fridge or microwave to warm your food you bad to go downstairs to lobby but it was a nice stay for a few days

the price was reasonable. Newly renewed tile room and walk-in shower. I Signed up through Bookings.com which is frequently a hassle as it has issues and couldn't recognize my payment until the 3rd attempt. Took over 20 minutes. Parking was a real issue. There are only 4 spaces there for 16 rooms. I was originally asked to be available after 5am to be able to move my vehicle for others if I was to park my car there. Parking garages are scarce in that area. I adamantly refused as I need to sleep for work. We had to disturb another visitor to move their car to get access to ours in the morning. The rooms are miniscule. Literally 2 feet wider than the bed. The "complete" breakfast was a coffee machine, dry cereal and a microwave. I feel for the manager who will one day suffer the wrath of whomever their company pisses off at some point...soon!

Room was dirty walls,towels,blankets lamp shade had nasty stains all over them and had looked like it been like that for a while. Only good thing I would say about the room is the bathroom and shower were clean

Staff was very helpful. Room was too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. Internet was very slow.

They crammed two beds into a tiny room. The tv is really old. The towels look old. Underneath the beds it was very dirty and in the morning a bug crawled from the bedsheets. I informed this to the receptionist and she said sorry. Not worth it.

The staff was friendly but not to clean or maybe soccer championships had every one distracted The roaches killed one a night and the elevator shutdown after check in and the breakfast had flies around it and even when I ask for clean sheets it had holes and stains still but I just tuff it out
