Phoenix Hotel

Everything that we saw and received was excellent. The only issue we had was the room from the other side of ours that was yelling, and banging the door that made us filled not secured plus the parking was small that made it hard to pack for a 6 floors hotel.

It was horrible never again dirty smelled horrible

The room was tight couldn't pass around bathroom was alright but old tub and toilet the most borthing was i couldn't sleep very loud doors slamming all night long ppl talking very loud like there was a party in every room never again

My room was disgusting, the walls has stains on them, the phone has a sticky substance on it. THE SINK FAUCET IN THE BATHROOM WAS OFF THE PORCELINE BASE. No water for guests to access, so I drank water from the sink, and I got so sick.

Good Nothing everything it was good

The Staff Very kind, attentive, very good service PARKING don't have much parking, that was a problem; they need more parking. They don't have enough parking; that's a problem CLEANING.The housekeeping staff needs to clean the hallways and elevator too; they are very dirty.

The room was clean also the parking in the back was great access

The front desk was enclosed in glass, which made me worry a bit. However, the room itself was spacious and relatively clean, with the exception of some dust around the edges. The walk to the subway was pleasant, at least during the day. I also happened to be on the 6th floor which had a great view of the Manhattan skyline. I thought it was a great value.

The service was okay

I slipped in the bath tub cause there was no mat and I got really hurt bad and I called downstairs to let them know and all they told me was sorry that they don't put mats in the bath tub and just sent me extra towels so now am deciding if I should sue unless someone gets in touch with me

Internet was not working. No water machine, no bag for ice bucket-yuck!, floors were sticky, 4th floor smokey...$300 for a decent bed and air conditioning

I booked a room, and unfortunately the room wasn't ready when I got there, so they booked me into a room with a double bed, and told me that when the other room I booked was ready, they would call and let me know. Nobody called me, so I had to stay in the room. Mind you, they said all the rooms were non-smoking, but the room smelled like cigarettes. I couldn't breathe. I just tried to cope knowing that it's only two nights, and it won't happen again.

Nothing special. Sticky floor, small room, but if you need a cheap place where to sleep -best option
