Good stay, was clean and no one bothered you

Very cozy! I’d definitely come back.

I book the accessibility room because my partner has unsteady gait and walks with a cane. The room was clean but wish they had shower gel and not so chincy with things like soap/shampoo and we only had a half roll of tissue. The space was quiet for the most part and it was worth the money. Also, I decided to stay an extra day and was told that the accessible room is for wheelchair access only. Smh. Not sure the ADA law agrees under the term "disablility," but OK... They gave me another room but it was a downgrade "Supreme View" that was really small but appeared neat. However there was an opening in the air conditioner that exposed a draft from the outside. The sink was cracked and the toilet had no water pressure. Also, the wifi was weak so I could not use my tablet. I pride myself in being a clean person and felt slighted after I left one tidy room to receive what appeared to be a room no one ould want. Also some channels were unavailable in the room which tucked because it was the HBO and SHO channels (the best ones). Also, my neighbors music was loud and there was constant slamming and creaking of doors on the 4th floor. Overall I like the energy of the hotel and the location which was close to my job but I felt dissed when I received the subpar room. I probably would stay there again but I would be more diligent in checking the so called "amenities " before I agree to take a different room. Also, there is alot of construction but after 5pm it is all good.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and free parking were all great perks. The location felt safe and convenient. The only downside was that the breakfast could have been better.

Great stay

It was a decent stay for what we paid. You had to request them to clean your room or they just wouldnt. And if you want quiet this is not the place, to no gailt.of the staff the guest were incredibly loud. Pretty close to the metro. And had a decent view of the city.

I arrived at 3pm for check in only to discover the rooms were not ready. I wasn’t allowed to check in until 3:15pm. Their sign indicates that you will be fined for a late check out. I’m guessing nothing happens when there is a Late check in.

It was a decent place in a mid neighborhood convenient for exploring Brooklyn, Dumbo and catching the Staten Island ferry. Waffles were good.

The place was clean and well kept. The breakfast was kinda shotty, not very pleasant. But all in all a good place.

The rooms were very clean, beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. We did not get a chance to check out the breakfast but there was free parking on the property which was a great plus since most other hotels do not.

The room was very clean and so I would stay there again and the hotel was very clean too.
