Clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Extra towels. Coffee in the room Location is difficult. Good distance from central New York. Public transport not immediately accessible… Uber very available
-
Most of the staff were great! The hotel itself was not very clean or kept up. It needs a lot of improvements and TLC!

The staff The price seems higher than similar hotels.. it came down over time.

Friendly staff and the room was nice (though the room was VERY WHITE, but that’s a personal preference). I liked how easy it was to the subway, which made it easy to get around the city and there were lots of options for food and things around.

Had a great stay here, staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

I liked that the property was really close to the train station and there were so many grocery and food stores near by. Just having to wait until 1pm to avoid the early check in fee of $55.
