Wall were dirty in the room but everything else is an A+

It was okay, an extra 50 to park on the sidewalk in front….

I have stated this hotel on three different occasions.The staff has always been pleasant

They gave us a room for 3 grown men with 2 double beds. We may have chosen that room, but when we got there they wouldnt change it. One had to sleep on the floor. The desk people were unfriendly, the room was not clean.

The property is very convenient. Street parking is easy to find. extremely kid friendly . located close to industry city, which is perfect for families and public transportation is excellent.

Its extremely dirty. I asked to have thing cleaned and instead the, covered it up. Then when I said something they asked me to show them. When I showed them I got a nasty attitude. The room in the basement was like a jail cell and extremely dirty.

Clean room

Sheets were dirty in the bed. Got moved to a different room. Rooms are small.

Fabulous location (delis and convenience markets) and very close to the subway connections. Courteous staff and a very good accommodation for older travelers, good elevators and accessibility.

Didn't have Parking costs

The staff was amazing. Very attentive and kept the place clean. The breakfast wasn’t great for the price. Definitely go to the diner up the street for amazing breakfast and good prices. Our AC unit didn’t work well but the staff provided a fan and tried to get it operating as best they could. In the end, our unit just has an issue but the fan made the room cool! I didnt like the way management help the staff members on sight. They could have used more direction.

The room could have been cleaner. There were definitely stains on the walls and furniture that could have been easily cleaned with a cleaning wipe. The overall property was clean, Parking was easy.

The area outside seemed a little sketchy

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was exactly as expected. It was an extremely hot day outside, so walking into a room with ice-cold air conditioning was amazing and made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
