Everything was bad

The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as offered bag check services before and after our stay, the room had its own air conditioning unit which was extremely helpful with the heat advisory the final day of our stay and everything was very well maintained. An elevator with access to all the floors including the basement was pointed out during check in and the basement included a microwave available for communal use which was extremely helpful. Check in and check out went very smooth, however I am still waiting to make sure the $50 deposit was refunded to my card

This a budget hotel. It is clean and safe. It is not a spa, nor a resort. It offers a private room in which to sleep, and store your stuff while you explore NYC. It offers free bagels for breakfast, otherwise no unnecessary costly amenities. If you are afraid of Brooklyn, stay away and pay three times more!

The breakfast was horrible. Staff not always at front desk. I asked for towels was told housekeeping already left for the day but to try later.

Breakfast didn't live up to the good reviews it has. Tv didn't work at all no stations were programmed to it, it sucked.

I like how quiet it was and the staff was nice Room has no dresser to put clothes away the bed bath towels and sheets have a lot of stains

The location is convenient if you’re attending events at the Brooklyn Army Terminal, including the We Belong Together rave concert venue. It is approximately a 15–20 minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the terminal. The hotel is also about a 15–20 minute drive to Coney Island, 35 minutes from LaGuardia Airport, and only about a 7-minute walk to the nearest subway station. What I did not like was that the hotel is located right next to the subway tracks and a major highway, so there can be noticeable noise from trains and traffic. The surrounding area is more industrial than scenic and may not appeal to travelers looking for a quieter or more walkable neighborhood. The staff were okay, but nothing particularly stood out. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a modern hotel close to Brooklyn Army Terminal and public transportation, but don’t expect a substantial breakfast or a quiet atmosphere.
