Room was very tight. We didn’t really have room for our bags. Breakfast wasn’t served until 7:30 am. Most hotels start breakfast at 6am. This meant that we weren’t really able to eat breakfast there because we had things to do in the city.

We loved everything about this hotel! Definitely will become our go-to for Brooklyn events.

The rooms are small but very clean. I love the amenities. From the LED mirror to the defroster on the mirror. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Convenient, clean, kind staff. I will stay here, again. Right next to the police station and some great restaurants- felt safe and very convenient to Industry City.

The room was clean but smaller than expected based on the website photos.

The room was clean, but the beds weren't very comfortable. The rooms are very very small which I suppose is expected in NY. The breakfast was not great; there was fresh fruit which was nice. It was secure since you needed a key to access the elevator. Unfortunately, one evening we experienced extremely loud inappropriate noises from the room next door that went on for an hour. Additionally, the room had a bit of an old musty smell to it.

Upon arrival, my room was ready and clean. Staff was efficient and polite. Breakfast was ample. It wasn’t hard to find street parking in the area.

Room was small but very clean. Hotel was next to NYPD station so feel relatively safe. Door nob broken but was fixed in a timely fashion

The room is small, but that’s normal for New York. Everything was clean, but there were a lot of gnats in the shower. Besides that this was a great place for the price.

The hotel is a good value for the area. Small rooms reminded me of a European economic hotel. Staff were friendly and nice. However “city view” rooms are a bit misleading. The only view I had was a small window behind the headboard of the bed. So unless your kneeling on your pillows you don’t really have a city view

Clean, great location and nice modern updated especially in bathroom. Great view of Statue of Liberty from sixth floor.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was great with guests from all over the world. The breakfast lounge area was spacious and sunny. The food was varied and nutritious. The location is fabulous: a short walk from the subway and close to a grocery store. The staff couldn’t have been nicer! We will be back! Nothing.
