Our room had a strong unpleasant smell of dirty carpet and some cleaning supplies. The bathroom has a barn door, which you can't close property. The bathroom was ok. The towels have been white a long time ago-not anymore and they are made of some blend does not absorb water. Breakfast area is another area that had been embellished by the hotel. The small windowless room in the basement looks nothing like the provided photo. The breakfast choices are very limited. The eggs were inedible every day of our stay. The rooms are barely insulated to block noises from the other rooms. Plus, the location of that hotel is right on the busy highway. Constant heavy traffic is going on right in front of your windows. The traffic never got lighter even at night time and during the weekend. All that results in the floors constantly shaking. The windows are definitely single paned so they don't block any noises. If you are a light sleeper, you should not book your stay at that place. The good part about our stay was-the room had a very nice fluffy mattress and ok pillows. The beddings were clean and did not have any weird smell on them. So at least we could get some good night sleep. Even through the noice from the outside.

Look, this is not a fancy resort. What it is however, is surprisingly quiet for being next to a very busy trio of roadways, perfectly clean, civil enough staff, good water pressure, a decent bed...This hotel does its job, and you are very close to trains, to neighborhood establishments, and to easy routes in or out of NYC. While the rate I paid was a little inflated, relative to what hotels cost these days, it was enough of a value for a comfortable night's sleep. Am I going to prioritize it for a stay? Maybe not. But it deserves kind words.

The kitchen had lots of ants around the coffee machine and cups and utensils. The place gets very loud at night from workers and people coming in and out of the elevator and hallways.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel with decent sized rooms for Brooklyn, nice bathrooms and shower. Very pet friendly although you have to walk down the block for a dirt/grassy place for the dog to pee. Parking on the street was actually easier than I thought it would be.

The room was large, comfortable and had good amenities. The location was near a subway station, but facing an elevated roadway with homeless people living in cars beneath it. Didn't feel the safest at night. They claim to be 100 percent smoke free, but we had to walk through a cloud of marijuana to get to our room on the 4th floor, it seeped into our room overnight, and they were smoking again first thing in the morning. Staff didn't care, and we had to insist on changing rooms to the ground floor, which didn't smell as bad, but we had to keep our curtains closed due to the homeless people across the road.

First off, the room was very dirty where my clothes had stains. The bathroom mirror was dirty and was not properly wiped down. The AC not working as it should, the room was hot and was not cooling at all. The remote to the television was not to be found, in-till I remove the mattress. I wish the hotel was in better condition and was coming completely comfortable to others liking.
