We really liked the bed - it was super comfy! The staff was also extremely accommodating with our check out time. We ran a little late picking up our rental car, and they were able to allow us to leave our belongings in our room. The faucet fixture in the bathroom was super loose. The coffee maker was hard to use.

Upon arrival, no one was at the desk to check us in. Waited several minutes and had to call the phone to hope someone would answer, we were finally checked in. The floor in the lobby was soaked from the rain and they had towels down as a welcome mat. there are "no smoking" signs are seen everywhere and when we got to our floor the room reeked of cigarettes and we found the window open. The hallways also smelled and the floors were dirty and sticky. Out bathroom sink had sticky stains all over the counter, the shower floor was black and the towels felt drenched in fabric softner and did not seem clean. the pillow cases were stained and there was no cling sheet on the bed, just a regular sheet and a blanket. The carpet was disgusting with dust,grime and stains.. Obviously this is a red roof so my expectations were not high but i did expect a normal amount of cleanliness but i felt disgusting and filthy the entire time.

Location Apparently when I arrived everything was fine, it was at night and i was tired from the trip, the next morning I see on the furniture where the coffee maker was that there were cockroaches and not only that and the adjoining room which is 313 they were fighting, screaming and knocking on the doors and walls, what a disappointment

Regret making this booking, I pulled the trigger too fast. Tiny bedrooms, disinterested staff at the 'lobby'. Cleaners screaming and banging doors but not cleaning floors. Weed smell , really strong. Breakfast disgusting. The AC works.

Smell, noise, clientele

I took a of it picture went back down stairs and showed them to make sure they knew. Because I don't want to be blamed for it either. I can't say it was a good or comfortable stay.

The phone can’t dial the front desk. There were no alternative rooms and no cleaning supporters. It took two visits to the front desk to get a full set of sheets to replace myself. The air conditioner worked, which is the only positive I can report.

Everything is extremely outdated. The staff is watching you like a hawk for whatever reason. Lights cut off randomly, much is dirty and stained. Tv doesn’t really work always freezing and losing signal. Breakfast looks uncooked and sometimes they clean up earlier than they’re suppose to.

This was great for my last minute short stay travel. The room was clean. The body soap in the shower was empty which was really no issue because I had my own. The attendant wasn't available after a certain time but I would definitely stay there again. I gave a 4/5.

Breakfast was terrible though I think more people live here than stay
