Breakfast was good! Room was clean

We ended up in a literal basement room that had very little room to walk around the end of the beds. The parking lot behind the hotel was covered in trash and wash difficult to access. We couldn't connect to the internet and staying in the basement meant we had no way to use our phones or the internet. We stayed because our reservation at a VRBO fell through and we couldn't find another place so late at night. I would not choose to stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay! Very well located for travel and train rides all over Brooklyn and Manhattan. We also had a good selection for Breakfast.

Great unassuming hotel, tucked away. Best part was they have 10 onsite parking spaces that was so convenient! Esp for NY! Could go in and out if you wanted, but risk not getting the space back. Front desk staff was friendly. Free breakfast was a nice amenity. Food was just ok. Snack pantry was simple and they need to defrost the ice cream freezer, but otherwise fine. Easy to get Uber/Lyft/DoorDash. Would stay there again!

Good value for the money. Clean room with a breakfast that satisfies.Not 4 or 5 value but a solid 2.5-3 property. Good location near restaurants and subway line (R). I recommend as an alternative to high Manhattan prices.

Nice, affordable hotel.

Clean, good breakfast, close to the subway, has good restaurants nearby. There was a misunderstanding about the payments that were charged to us but it was sorted out before we left. Good thing we checked and clarified with the front desk.

The hotel was really clean, the breakfast was on time with a nice option to eat. The machine to make the waffles didn’t work properly.

the breakfast bar was fine, bare bones essentials that were better than a “continental breakfast” (bagged muffins and coffee). did the job so you could save a few bucks. staff was nice enough! the refillable water stand broke on our second day, so we had to source water bottles from the corner store (one of them nearby has 99 cent bottles, while the hotel has $3 bottles) to stay hydrated. overall, expect a small room (normal for nyc lodging) and comfortable enough amenities. satisfied with my experience for the price! theres shopping within walking distance, the N & R subway station pretty closeby, and lots of cute cafes and corner stores. would consider staying again!

Déjeuner à améliorer, manque de variétés, répétitif pour les gens qui restent à l’hôtel pour la semaine. Personnel accueillant, réactif et aidant. Soyez avisé…pas de stationnement!!!!

Very convenient location in the prospect park area. 20 min walk to Industry City and the subway station is close by. Room comfortably fit 4 adults and staff was mostly helpful except for my friends having to wait almost 2 hours past check in for a room to be available.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were small, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better on some days than others, but always enough to get your day started. There are places to eat nearby such as brothers pizza and several spots within walking distance. The hotel is also 1.5 miles from the Barclay center, you can get there by subway ( 4 streets over) or Uber. We were very satisfied.
