Comfort Inn Prospect Park - Brooklyn

The staff was very nice. The rooms were very small. They put us in the cellar we had no reception telephone, no reception for texting and no reception for Internet and not only that the TV didn’t always work. I let them know. They said they’re gonna try to help us. They said the only thing they can give us is 20% off the last night. Let’s see if that happens.

Just a few minutes from the subway and saves so much money rather than staying in manhattan. Also at night the streets are so quiet as opposed to nonstop sirens downtown

Very friendly and helpful staff! Short walk to the nearby Prospect Av transit station. Ice machine broken for the duration of my stay. Clean bathroom and regular room cleaning.

Excellent location and helpful staff. A real gem - definitely an option to not stay in Manhattan but have the R train right there (3 min walk / 32 minute ride).

We had a room for 4, we could barely move, it was so tight, no bathroom fan, or not functioning.

The breakfast was not fancy, but nice and just right. The location was near a metro station which was also handy. Definitely stay again if in NY.

The parking was not included and when we got there it was full. However, someone was leaving so I was able to park. It cost me an extra $70.00. Also, we never got a chance to eat breakfast because there was hardly any food left at 7:30 AM and the area was crowded. The breakfast area opened at 7:00 AM.

Their parking lot was full the whole time we stayed. The walls are paper thin.

Clean room and they everyday change the bed sheets and the towels. Parking was available and the hotel was near to the Subway station. Breakfast was good.

Rooms were clean, staff were helpful, polite and answered all questions. Breakfast was well stocked and did not run out. Due to a nearby event, the parking was full, but we used the subway, so it was not an issue. The rooms, however, are very small, and I wish we had a heads up to prepare for that. Other than that, it was a great property and I'd stay again!

Clean room, accessible location

The room was sparkling clean and the breakfast was varied and delicious. A most comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was a good sized room with an excellent bathroom. Clean and tidy, well maintained.

Breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I would only recommend extra attention to the cleaning crew when vacuuming and dusting the room in between check-out and check-in for new guests). There was dust on the floor, desk, restroom furniture and behind doors). Great location and amazing experience!
