Staff was uninviting, didn't care whether they assisted us or not. Broken ice machine, shower hand broken, and the faucet handle.

Great hotel, very clean rooms and bathroom. It’s very quiet, perfect if you are someone who is not used to city sounds. My only complaint would be the pillows…they are really bad. So thin and uncomfortable. If you can, bring your own pillow!

Rooms are very small. Many of the outlets did not work. Room very dated.

My family and I stayed there for four nights. Staff was nice and friendly. The housekeeping ladies were so nice and helpful! We had waffles every morning! Would stay there again!

It was a nice hotel. Easy to get around and into the city. Ice machine on our floor was broken and the elevator was a little slow. Breakfast was very good! All in all would stay here again!

Espacio de la habitacion: extra pequeño. Muebles: dañados. Desayuno: lo mismo todos los dias y sin mucha opción. Espacio del comedor: minimo 4 mesas, 8 sillas, una maquina para hacer waffles. Para 40 personas que querian desayunar. Las personas que sirven el desayuno muy amables.

Good location in decent neighborhood. And price is quite fair for this level of hotel.

I know this is a product of just being in Brooklyn, New York, but the rooms were so exceptionally small. I could barely get around in them and the complementary breakfast was only offered for about three hours each morning. Otherwise, the room satisfied our needs for the week we were there.

Screams in hotel all night, stained sheets, air conditioner taped on, people on drugs rocking in lobby. Avoid. Place should be shut down. All for the price of $450

Conveniently located near the city. Rooms were clean & bed was comfy.

This hotel is good for the typical overnight stay. Our stay was 3 nights. It was clean and met our needs. The staff was friendly and I the rooms were clean. However, the beds where not made each day nor clean towels where provided each day. It’s budget friendly and serves our basic needs. I would recommend.
