Good stay, a cheap hotel in NYC. Nothing much more to expect.

This was an awful experience. The hotel was located in an unsafe area. It was dirty, dingy and dark. The king sized bed took up almost the whole room, the door handle to the bathroom was broken, there were scratches on the walls, I could go on!

Good location close to D train and buses. Clean marble floors with fridge and microwave and LG tv with all streaming apps. 20 minute walk to prospect park. Great, friendly staff

Adopted from the monster house and turned into a horrible place. The place didn't show a clear entrance for a wheelchair. You have to go through a garage.

The front desk and room staff were very nice and helped with anything we needed.We asked for extra pillows and blankets not a problem. The air conditioner worked great. The rooms are small, but the beds are very comfortable and we are picky about that! We were able to get a parking place in a covered garage right on the property, which was free, which was unbelievably great! The location was good. There are a couple of cafés right down the street for coffee and bakery goods. My only complaint is that we did not have any soap or body soap in any of the dispensers in the shower or soap for the sink, but the shower was clean, and the pressure was great with plenty of hot water. it was a little noisy being right on a busy street but did not affect our sleep. If we were to have to stay in Brooklyn again, we would certainly consider this establishment to stay at again.

The pictures on the Expedia website look so much better than the actual room.

I stayed here out of desperation because my flight got cancelled and it was the eve of the world cup championship. I paid over $600 for this room, which is ridiculous. The floor was sticky, there was a live roach in my room, and the room was very tiny. I do not recommend.

I booked a room online and paid but the front desk staff kept telling me to pay hotel fees which I paid online already
