The breakfast was great, and the room was very clean and more than sufficient for me and my spouse. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The customer service at the reception was excellent, and the housekeeping team was incredibly responsive whenever we requested toiletries or other items. Everyone was respectful, polite, and genuinely helpful. The Wi-Fi was also fast and reliable. The hotel is also very close to the subway, making it easy and convenient to get to Manhattan and explore other parts of New York City.2 None.

Well placed for travel around NYC. Comfortable and clean. A little more choice and a larger area for breakfast would have been nice.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Neighborhood. Cellar was creepy to get to lobby from garage. Front patio wasnt inviting.

Bedroom and bathroom were both clean and overall had a comfortable stay. The bed frame could have been wiped down. The WiFi connection wasn’t great.

The price was relatively okay compared to other hotels around. The best thing was a buffet breakfast which was decent, The another good point was it's close proximity to Subway Station that helped us go around New York City. The hotel was just next to street and at night it might get quiet noisy. Even with all windows closed the noise from outside was quiet loud

Good selection of food at breakfast - very near train station easy to access - quiet at night - free coffee/hot chocolate all day Reception Staff could be friendlier - small area for breakfast always found a seat but sometimes with other diners or at a computer desk in the corner - boxes left on vacant tables when busy so would be useful for things like this to be moved

It's a very clean hotel, the staff are polite and do helpful it was an amazing stay and I will always havd holiday inn express my first choice hotel when i go to newyork city Nothing at all.

Our room was close to the elevator. Housekeeping service was slow doing minimal like emptying trash.

Location. Hip area of Southern Brooklyn. Room was spacious and clean. Nothing.

Check in easy and overnight staff arranged transportation to the airport for a reasonable rate.

Not the hotel's fault, but parking is an issue, as others have mentioned. $33+ for a car and $41+ for a minivan is extortion, but the parking is right next door and the staff were nice, at least. ? (And FYI, street parking is pretty much a non-starter!)

Was very clean, comfortable. The a/c did not work properly. The street noise and sirens all night were very loud.
