The staff were really friendly, and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was good! My window in the room would not latch. I heard everything throughout the night. I was nervous to call the staff as I am a single female that was traveling and only male staff available.

This is a very norm-core place. Everything is ok. No frills, but everything works: beds pretty good, plumbing felt new. Breakfast in Lobby ok. Nice to have garage attached and discounted for guests. Convenient location to subway and highway.

Room has everything you need, bed is comfortable. TV, Wi-Fi is good. Location is just 2 min from subway station. 5-10 min walk to Sunset Park with nice Manhattan views. On the other hand, it’s quite far from the center, and getting to Manhattan takes about 20–30 minutes by subway. The breakfast is average.

The subway is very close to hotel and variety of breakfast large cups of coffee and tea any time.

BE VERY VERY CAREFUL AND DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL! This was my first and last stay at Holiday Inn. When we returned to our room late at night, we discovered that several of our belongings had been stolen from inside the room: Victoria’s Secret bras, underwear, and a shopping bag that had been left next to the microwave during our entire stay. The value was around €100. We immediately reported it to the night receptionist, who told us to come back in the morning. When we spoke to the manager, she showed absolutely no interest. She didn’t ask what was missing, didn’t apologize, didn’t write anything down, and made no effort to help. We were simply told to wait for the head housekeeper. It’s not the €100 that hurts the most. It’s the complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer care after reporting a theft from our room. I cannot recommend this hotel and I will be sharing this experience wherever I leave honest reviews. Guests deserve to feel safe, and when something goes wrong, they deserve to be treated with respect.

Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We arrived before check-in, and they gladly held our luggage and gave us good recommendations for places to eat nearby. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the 24-hour coffee station in the lobby was a great touch. The location was also very convenient for our event at the nearby pier. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 4+ times and have always enjoyed my experiences, which is why this last stay was extremely disappointing. I’m very claustrophobic and requested a 3rd or 4th floor room about two weeks in advance, but was placed on C Level, below the first floor. I requested a room change but was told there were no other rooms available. When I inspected the room, there was leftover food in the refrigerator from a previous guest, and the AC in room 009 wasn’t working, so I spent the entire night sweating. Housekeeping was also making noise throughout the night and early morning. This was easily my worst stay here. I really enjoy booking with this hotel and hope these issues can be addressed so this doesn’t happen again.

Parking was easy and reasonable, breakfast was good, room was clean, and staff was friendly.
