The property was in a good location for the places that we needed to go, only a 3 minute walk to the subway. Check in and check out were smooth and all of the front desk staff were kind. Housekeeping was great, with providing items that had run out in the room. The room was small and fairly clean, we just had little issues like one of the bed sheets had marks on it, the rooms are not soundproof, the plugs by the bed did not work. But we did appreciate that the room had a mini fridge, the beds were comfortable, the washroom had good lighting. Also do not rely on the hot breakfast options, both days we went down at 8am and 2 out of 4 of the hot food spots were empty and stayed empty the whole time we were down there eating. I did like the fact that they slightly changed the hot options each day. If you usually have cereal, bread/bagel with spreads, pancake with egg and sausage, you’ll enjoy the breakfast. I would stay here again if I needed to be in Brooklyn, but I do feel like the nightly rate was high, maybe just because of the time of year.

The breakfast was great. I was pleasantly surprised to see gluten free bread as I am allergic to gluten. There was also a wide variety of breakfast items to choose. One minor problem was part of the floor in my room on the 8th floor needed repairing.

There is parking right next to the hotel (Kings parking) and also street parking (if you can find a spot). Kings parking has a discount rate for hotel guests (hourly and daily rates). Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to subway (D train) to go to Downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan. Multiple dining options in the neighborhood. I would stay here again.

The location is good for those who need easy access to the subway — the station is only a 3-minute walk away. Unfortunately, everything else about my stay was concerning. The rooms are very small, and when I checked my bed, I found someone else’s hair on the sheets, which made me question whether the bedding had been changed. There was no bottled water in the room, not even on the first day of my stay. The breakfast was very poor, and I constantly had to ask the staff for things that should have been available. The coffee machine was also frequently out of order.

Clean, nice hotel! Noise because of the Metro running nearby.

Be aware. We had people knocking on our door at 2am, and 3am and then again at 7am. Couldn’t sleep at all and front desk kept saying they don’t know. Don’t these places have cameras? Can’t they see who is harassing their guests. Also, be ware there is no parking or even a place for you to drop off your bags. Kind of forces you to pay for parking next door at $33 a night

I liked the location of the hotel, it felt clean walking into the room. I liked the shower pressure too and it was spacious for a new york hotel room. Walking into my hotel room I immediately noticed a weird smell in the air and when I wanted to air out the room I saw the sign "Do not open, you will be charged" so i was stuck with sour air in the room it might have been the cleaning chemicals im not sure.
