It was clean and I like the fact that the rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast was great too. The AC in our room did not work at all during our 4 nights stay and nothing was really done about it when we reported it.

The smell of bleach on the way to the elevator from the parking garage was reassuring!! The breakfast was excellent!! Yes room small but very well equipped with nice amenities like handsoap and lotion!! Very chill spot! $33 for parking was a bit much but that's NY I guess!

Easy Access to Manhattan (Subway just a block away way). Excellent breakfast included with lots of options to eat. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Facilities clean and comfortable. The actual block where the hotel is isn't the prettiest of blocks (a bit warehousy) but don't let that fool you. The neighborhood is a wonderful family friendly neighborhood with lots of good cafes and restaurants. Close to Greenwood cemetery - worth going to! Also close to Sunset Park.

Location is perfect Hard time communicating with staff, too much noise on the floor I was in, every day. Room smell could be better. Room had broke tables.
