Great neighborhood

If you're not prepared for Shabbat, it will inconvenience you. Luckily I was.

The area The food the carpet in the room 702 was filthy I had to ask for a new room 705 that was clean they charged me for a roll a bed that I never received I would like that portion of my money refunded for the bed that I never received

Large sized room. Good water pressure. Nice having a small wetbar Location was bizarre. Located in the center of a religious centric neighborhood with every store affiliated - religiously. Food was limited. No stores open on Saturday (none). I wish it was pointed out as we did not fit in whatsoever. Bedding was weird… only a duvet, no top sheet… pillows were in shams… no pillowcase. Fortunately, had my own. Inclusive breakfast didn’t apply for Saturday. Cereal, cake, instant coffee and some, tangerine and nectarine only… staff was excellent… And they made us feel welcome… But the neighborhood was not…

Convenient, comfy beds and nice people. The breakfast was lacking any fruit or yogurt…. Also some muffins would have been nice. Basically it was eggs and toast.

No cable In a predominantly Jewish neighborhood, people of color don’t feel too welcomed in the area at all.
-
Very clean, nicely decorated, comfy rooms and beds, and a nice breakfast. Everyone there was SO friendly. Walking distance from restaurants and grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Nothing!

The moment I walked through the door I felt safe which is a great feeding for a woman on their own staying in a city. This is a Jewish hotel and caters for a kosher diet. It isn’t modern but you feel like you’re stepping back in time to slightly dated grandparents. This is not a hotel for people who want modern sleek but the beds are really comfortable. The staff are really helpful. There is a TV. On the downside because I was high up the Wi-Fi wasn’t as strong and there weren’t quite enough plug-in points near the bed but it really doesn’t matter. It was genuinely helpful Staff there is a tin coffee room open 24 hours a day. Breakfast is served between 730 and 10 in the lower lobby. They have a local car service that can take you to the airport. It’s ideally suited for a Jewish traveller who wants to be Near synagogues kosher shops, et cetera. That’s hardly anything I didn’t like. They didn’t have non-dairy or plant milk available in the coffee room or no dairy creamer upstairs with the machine. I would’ve preferred a kettle in the room rather than a coffee machine but if I’d asked, I’m sure they would’ve found me one. Maybe some USB ports might be useful however I would guess most people stay here don’t have those needs

help with keeping shabat The room was in a high floor and I am too old to climb stairs. I think it is too expensive
-

Exceptional
-
They give minimum and take maximum Don't use this hotel Really disgusting service

We liked everything. Breakfasts are great, but on Saturday they could have made them more varied, even considering that it was Shabbat.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful, beyond expectations. Transportation was very convenient to the airports and NY downtown. Breakfast was quite poor (kosher): no meats, no fruits. Floor in the room was heavily used and dirty.
