Good, clean, quiet hotel just 5 minutes walk from Metro station (direct lines up to Manhattan). Lots of tourist information. Near to restaurants and supermarket(s). Area seems safe. 24 hour, friendly, helpful reception. Key card(s) to room (1 for each guest, which is unusual but really handy). $100 deposit, but returnable on check out. Payment by booking.com. Baggage storage available before/after check-in/check-out. Excellent wifi/internet/network. Ice available in basement. Decent sized bedroom with large double bed, clothes rack. Bedside unit chair and bin. Air-conditioning (good temperature in room). Fridge and microwave. Good lighting, switch by bed. Flat screen TV. Decent sized bathroom, excellent hot shower. No visible signs of recycling. Not much storage space. Could do with more powerpoints and/or USB chargers. Towels very small. Not many channels available on TV. Didn't see any signs of tumble dryer as advertised, but might be in basement? Not carpeted in rooms, or iron in room, as advertised.

We had to change the bed sheets, as soon as we arrived there was a mysterious stain on the bed, as well as the towels. The staff was helpful.

Not all rooms have smart tv and the one i got had 6 channels and did not even have good signal. The front desk does not even know which rooms have smart tv and which ones dont. The parking lot is unorganized and not enough spots, there are no safety parking signs on the floor for a structured parking. Cleaning staff look bothered when being asked for something. They also charge $25 if u stay past an hour after checkout.

- the smoking rooms were road facing and the area has auto workshops so the sounds started early morning and the traffic sounds of the road kept you company the whole night! No sound proofing of the windows - for non smoking rooms the AC sound was loud throughout as they were old units - quality of towels was bad - cleanliness left much to be desired, it didn’t feel like a clean space, had dust also - the facility was renovated but poor quality of renovations, the bed squeaked

Newly renovated ? Didn’t notice. Everything is super outdated. Mold in a shower. Almost all the rooms are smoking and everything there smells very bad. Nothing

The bed linen was not clean - although when asked to change they did so promptly. Very low standard hotel The pictures online are very misleading.

Chack in is 3 pm, i arrived 7pm and room tsill was not clean

They need yo put better tvs the one they had is very old
