The room smelled musty and damp, really stinky. I'll never stay at this hotel again

The staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the property itself was in poor condition and needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The staff was the best part of the stay, but I would not recommend this property in its current condition.

Small decent looking room. Well lit with a good large TV. The springs on the bed were incredibly load with a shrieking noise that is almost as bad as a chalkboard. The shower was nice with good soaps and toiletries. The water pressure was weak but but atleast hot. The keycards to open my room failed twice during my one day stay. It was quiet in my room but that could have been because it was a weekday and the motel was 1/2 full. All in all I would stay again as the value was there but next time i would change rooms. My rating 6.3 of 10.

Upon walking to the hotel the neighborhood was sketchy and UNSAFE. The hotel lobby was LITTERED with towels on the floor and the counters; it was Very UNSANITARY! Hence, we NEVER EVEN CHECKED IN! The reception staff was friendly but as a first impression it was clear that this was NOT even an option for 1 night. Terrible. The incidental fee was $100 for even One night which is outrageous.

Interesting experience. None of the pics in the Expedia description are quite right. The hotel is stuck in Covid era with plexiglass in the lobby. Looks nothing like the photo. The hourly rate was a bit of a surprise until we clicked through the channels on the TV and saw hard core porn. Not a child friendly place. There were lights out on the mirror in the bathroom. No stopper in the sink, so don't drop anything. The blacklight LED ribbon above there bed was half out. The cartridge in the shower control was installed improperly so you had to guess when the water should be hot. Chair in the room was broken so Im glad I didn't sit down too quickly. It was priced right for the location I suppose, but I would not return. $100 deposit for the plastic key was also a new one for me. Yelling in the hallway at 2am was a bonus.

Listen, if you're just looking for a place to sleep, in a reasonably clean and relatively affordable place in Brooklyn, no frills, this is the place for you. They seem like they are trying hard not to be bad rather than striving to be good. Nive definitely seen worse. It aint the Ritz, but youll leave some money in your pocket to have some fun out in Coney Island. Oh and the parking is a bonus, just dont, for a second, think you're taking anything bigger than a mid sized sedan down the alley to get to it. (Tuck your mirrors in)
