Umbrella Hotel Brooklyn

Nothing They enter to my room without permission and they stole the majority of my belongings. I had to go after the first night. Clothes, medicines, shoes and toiletries gone. I did not feel secure and did not offered any compensation. So not touch

Clean room, nice bathroom, very little amenities. Microwave, tv, desk and chair in very tight space, no closet, hangers only. Parking not clearly marked

The hotel was modern clean staff was nice the hotel is near the train station very convenient. They asked for a deposit when checking in but that is understandable. The gas station across the street is also convenient for any snacks. Very nice would stay again.

Close to Chinese restaurants in Brooklyn NY. Shower stall is leaking water through the sliding door creating a pool of water on floor

The location is quite convenient and close to the train station, although it is a little far from the city center. However, considering the very reasonable price, I really can’t complain. One thing I didn’t particularly like was the bed. It was quite firm, and it made a lot of noise even with the slightest movement, which was a little disruptive to my sleep. There was also quite a lot of noise coming from outside the room, so I don’t think the soundproofing is very good. On the positive side, the hotel provides a microwave and a refrigerator for guests to use, which I found very convenient. Considering the very affordable price, I think the overall experience was still quite good. I did feel a little uncomfortable walking around the area at night, but overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I may come back again in the future. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The customer service was horrendous, they even demanded my 12 year old to id herself they wanted to deny my stay because a 12 year old didn’t have a id after I asked for a refund they then allowed us to stay. The night person and morning person barely spoke a word to us and barely even looked in our direction. Very bad people and they had rules out the ying yang
