Friendly staff, nice area.

Never seen a room so small. But hey it worked for what we needed.

The hotel was really nice and affordable. The front desk people were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Great location and hotel.

The location is OK, not really a place to go out at night when the market is closing. The rooms are very small, no rooms to move, no windows. The price for what you get is not worth it

Nice spot conveniently located in the heart of town, I wish I knew ahead of time that no free parking was available on the premises.

Overall this hotel is a decent stay for a night or two…part of the sheets had small tears in the fabric and you could definitely tell the wear and tear of the room. No amenities in the room other than a hair dryer and ice bucket. Noise levels were low and quiet street overall.

The service attitude is very good! The quilt was torn and old. There were mosquitoes in the room.

I needed a place to stay after a conference in Bklyn and this did the job. It's clean, easy to check in, and my bed/room was comfortable. A good place for a good price, esp in nyc.

Place was far away from center Brooklyn but it was clean and well kept. Staff was also nice and efficient

The staff seem to be overwhelmed, as there are a lot of requests but not enough help. Their responses can come off rude and unaccomodating.

Great stay! Right in the middle of Brooklyn Chinatown, lots of great places to eat nearby. Had a small view of the Brooklyn bridge from my window. Staff were all super helpful, and genuinely could not have had a better stay!

Parking was not included but it was accessible to the hotel. Allowing in and out access made it easier. Rooms are smaller than usual but it wasn’t bad. My husband and I lucked out and got the last room on the 1st floor, said to be bigger. 30 min from NYC.
