I liked the convenience of the location of which is close to all stores, medical facilities and transportation. I understand the need for enforcing the check out time but I would like to implement a new rule of "time considered." for all patrons who arrived by 3hrs later than check in time to have their check out time move forward at least 1 hr, at 12pm to accommodate late check outs, so if you in the shower and you hear the knocking at your door at precisely 11:00am , you won't get soap in your eyes when answering or cut yourself whilst shaving because you hurrying after you overslept , a reminder call can be placed to your room at 10:45 am for check out if need be by courtesy of the hotel concierge on checking in

The front desk clerk checks you in while enclosed in a bullet proof booth, which should tell all you need to know about the area. Room is very small but clean and well presented. The staff seems to have engaged too many marginal residents so are a bit stood off. The breakfast is ok, but if you’re not there early 7 am ish, they run out and don’t replenish.

The manager and reception staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and happy to help We were initially allocated a room which reeked of dried urine, it smelt like a care home, through the hallway walking towards the room and hit us when we opened the door. The manager quickly offered another room when we complained. The cleaning staff obviously left a lot to be desired. They were very lazy, loitering around in the halls and diner, when we went pass them they were very intimidating, talking in their own language and sniggering. It was blatantly obvious they are not trained in either customer service nor cleaning properly, to say nothing of health and safety knowledge, having left a huge cart of cleaning materials in front of the fire exits. Whilst I am a very strong advocate for inclusivity, diversity and equality the mind boggles as to how these cleaners can be instructed or trained in their duties when they dont speak English. This hotel at times was very uncomfortable when moving around, these ladies gathered together in the halls, would not acknowledge us, sneered at us and made comments in their own language as we passed. A very very intimidating experience, will never go there again, no respect for the customer by this group of cleaners who obviously dont know how to clean are just there for the money. Never known anything like it. Horrible experience!!!

We had to ride in a Manuel elevator to get to the lobby. Very dark and the view out our basement window was a leaky air conditioner unit.
