Absolutely nothing. The place was diabolical. We walked in, took one look and walked straight back out again. If I could give it a minus rating I would. On arrival there is security glass all around the reception which is frightening to say the least. The area feels unsafe and this didn't help that feeling. All TVs have been removed from the walls, wires hanging out everywhere. We were told there was no air conditioning so they put us in the basement. The rooms were disgusting, smelt of smoke, no windows, and the bed sheets / pillows etc. looked like you would catch something. The room numbers were pieces of paper stuck on the door. A colleague had arrived earlier and stayed for two nights and reported there was no hot water. We immediately found alternative accommodation and requested a refund which was not provided. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! If it says the hotel is fully booked, don't be fooled. It's because they're only renting out 4 appalling rooms in the basement. It's absurd that this place is available to stay in at all.

Location No air conditioner, No breakfast as stated. Rude staff

No AC in the hotel we found out it had been broken for 3 days, which was plenty of time to notify guests of the situation. We were unable to find another hotel last minute. Unless we wanted to spend three times the amount of money. In hindsight, it would have been worth it. The neighborhood is not great, so be careful at night. They were able to find a couple fans to lend us for the night. Our room was only given one towel upon arrival. The woman at the front desk did not seem bothered by this issue.

The staff and the cleaning team are very on point. There was no air conditioning . The room was very hot.

The bed was nice, the view was of the street, very NY style, gritty. Location was a little sketchy but I had no incidents and it’s close to everything. I booked a room with a view and when I had just arrived they put me in the basement, then 2mins later, knocked back on the door then relocated me to the original room I paid for. Next, the vending machine took my money and they watched me put my money in there knowing it wasn’t working and THEN they told me it’s not working and they don’t have the key to open it to at least reimburse me. That was very dishonest. Next, the tv only had the weather channel and no remote. There was no hot water. And the bar section was always empty, so even if I wanted to buy something I couldn’t, thank goodness for DoorDash.

The place was great , close to everything, easy access and friendly staff. The pillow was another story. But the hotel handled the situation and I ended up just getting another one from the 99 cent store. Otherwise, a decent experience

Nothing like the pictures. Very dirty, broken furniture, bullet proof glass at the checkin. No A/C!!!!

Upon my arrival, I found the room in a state of disarray. There were no towels in the room when arrived, and beneath the couch, I discovered a bag filled with used trash bags.

When we first arrive to the hotel we were told that the hotel didn't have air condition. We said ok to staying because we got there a lil after 11 and was leave by 11am so we got our room key and we went to room 306 and when we arrived in the room every thing looked fine until we saw dog poop in our supposed to be clean room we got a 72dollar discount but I feel like we should have had to give a deposit or pay for as much as we were inconvenience

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The staff wasn’t very helpful expect for the gentleman working after 3pm. The room was not clean, room was dusty, & A/C WAS NOT WORKING.

Parking wasn't terrible. I was fortunate to find some right in the front. Unfortunately the AC was out so it made the stay uncomfortable. Other than that nice hotel and staff
