staff noise, obsolete furniture, high price with low value

Nothing Train next to motel going around every 30 minutes. Dirty place, dirty blankets, holes in blankets, smelled really bad.

I like that it was close to a lot of the restaurants that I was visiting and cool to where I was going I didn't like that when I told them that my door was not opening they didn't give me a new room none of the outlets in the room was working so I could not charge my phone's that's it

Close to public transportation but other than that I don’t like anything else about it. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed, it wasn’t worth the money. First room I got the lock was broken, looked like the door was kick in and I couldn’t get in. Second room I got there were dust and cigarettes ashes all over the room , room look like it wasn’t cleaned after the last person used it , the bed was made but the bedding was dirty had blood on the sheets. Toilet was broken, couldn’t flush properly, smells funny. I wanted my money back but it was not refundable once you booked. So I had to be uncomfortable for 2 nights. The mattress had a big sink in it, it was worn out. The bed spread had cigarettes burn in them. The window curtains are filthy with stains on it. I had to buy Lysol spray to all over the room and I had to clean things with paper towel. It was a nightmare. Don’t come here you’ll regret it .

The place looks somewhat run down, the quality of the place seems like the walls or location has not been updated to the new era of this world. No breakfast. The staff is great but the amenities seem somewhat ghetto. I enjoy the location and the fact that it was available. Didn't like that I had to get my key scan to enter your room that you paid for a duration of time.

Also, in the middle of the night, a woman outside was screaming for help. Which was kind of terrifying. Not the best neighborhood.

I didn’t know they served breakfast. Maybe get rid of hourly rates to cut down on the prostitution activity.

It’s clean !!! But other than that , it’s ah no no for US, We woke up with headaches which should have being a relaxing weekend for my wife birthday instead of a war zone !!! The noise level was out of control , and the front desk staff refused to take things in hand , if I never called down stairs , I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY1

Close to train, best price I could find in the area, front desk, place to park my car no extra charge AC didn’t work, remote control didn’t work, second one only worked for channels, no place to hang clothes… minor for me, but you hear the train every 20-30 minutes

Staff is rude and unprofessional (overnight worker), whole place smells, had to take cleaning supplies and clean the 3rd room ourselves!
