Extremely loud- outside subway line is right out the windows and the neighborhood is super noisy not to mentioned the sketchy guests banging doors, blaring loud music and arguing at all hours of the night- wish I could give zero stars. We weren’t able to sleep at all. No dryer, no coffee maker, no closet- there is a small hanging bar but no hangers. Not clean, yuck, I wish we had left this place the minute we got there. The tissue box had 2 tissues in it, had to staff ask for anything and everything including a do not disturb sign to place on our door. Didn’t feel safe to leave our belongings or have staff come into our room. Worst experience I’ve ever had even by NYC standards- this place should be shut down immediately and not allowed to operate.

I love this hotel and I will recommend this hotel

Was not happy with the condition of the hotel. Had to ask several times for towels , bath products. Over the shower light was dripping water into shower. Created a dangerous situation. Not taken care of rooms, dirty and dusty.

Very hot in the building in the summer. Very tiny rooms. Not enough towels. Hotel shower had no body wash in it. Very cheap toilet paper. Elevator was a mess with writing on the mirror. Not a great place to stay.

The real bad: Room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was filth behind the door, so you know they're not cleaning everywhere. Surfaces were wiped with something slimy that I didn't want to place anything on. Walls had hand marks on all sorts of weird places. Safety lock on the door was not working. The plain bad: Room was very dark. Wallpaper was peeling off. No place to put your language besides the desk. Not a single shelf in the shower to put your shampoo or soap. The good. Bathroom and towels were clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. A/C worked properly. Lobby: Looks great for show but there are no amenities besides two chairs.

For one of the cheaper hotels in Brooklyn, this isn't bad. Reviews complain about a hint of cigarette smoke smell and yes, that is the case. But the room is nice and modern, located near transit, and I got what I needed for not a terrible price. There was a opened condom wrapper laying on the floor near the elevator for 3 days. Atlantic Avenue can be a bit sketchy, especially at night. The sound of the LIRR trains going by isn't so bad, it sounds like occasional rolling thunder. If I need a hotel again, I would stay here.

Unfortunately we did not know it was next to the Long Island rail road

My initial review was too long to add here so I will summarize: Broken elevator, so I couldn't bring my suitcases to my room, the desk clerk said my room number out loud, guests had parked in the handicap spot and access aisle and did not have handicap placards or plates, towels and bedding were dirty and covered in brown/yellow stains and makeup, yellow stains on the mattress, hair all over the shower and bathroom, dirty tissues under the desk, dark splatters and smears across the walls and doors, dried toothpaste on the sink, lightbulb hanging by wires from the socket over the shower, and the floors were sticky. My room was between a large group people who were incredibly loud- I needed to ask the front desk to tell them to turn their music off well after midnight. There is no website or contact info other than a phone number for the hotel, so I haven't been able to email them about my frustrations. after staying in over 15 hotels over the past 4 years in NY/Brooklyn, and traveling throughout the US over the past decade for work, this is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

I was looking for budget accommodation near LIRR before flying out of JFK and Mirage checked all the boxes. Room was clean and staff held our bags with no issue. We didn't hear people in other rooms but a lot of sound came in from the door. This is not a location to sightsee from but I would stay here again if I wanted a good stopping point between JFK and other parts of NYC.

Bedroom was dirty specially the bathroom poorly cleaned, team was confused when we arrived setting us up on a wrong bedroom as we paid for a king size bed and the put us on a queen size bed, changing it when we check on the next day.
-
clean and quiet. after my procedure, exactly what i needed

Nothing it smelled like weed and there was no smoking allowed in had a child with me. Everything anything that was advertised was not what was in the room. The chair was broken lights didn't work. It smelled like smoke when no smoking allow.
-
The room itself was clean but the location of the hotel and the can**bis smoking stayers let it down.
-
Great experience overall. 24-hour check in was helpful. Their parking lot was full when I arrived, but they were still able to accommodate parking. Wasn't a deal-breaker for me, but the hotel is right by a train line so that's just something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper

Convenient location for our visit. A bit pricey. On-site parking available, but limited. Rooms smelled of marijuana, but clean. Staff helped with locating evening parking on-site when lot was full. Room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

This place smelled, the elevator was not working and the front staff basically just glared at us.
-
The only plus was free parking
