Hotel Mirage Brooklyn

From first entering this hotel my family and I were met with zero hospitality. Stepping into the elevator we were met with grime and a mildew scent. As we walked to our room we noticed zero efforts in cleaning the halls and major need of vacuuming. But that didn’t compare to what was waiting in our room. The bathroom and bedroom were absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was covered in grime, fingerprints on the mirrors, hair in the drain, no hand soap. I had to ask for towels several times before they finally brought them as there was only one provided for my daughters and I. The noise of the train will wake you up every 5 minutes but I wouldn’t have minded had the room been clean. This place is fraudulent with their advertising, as it looks nothing like the photos online. It is not worth the money nor the headache. We had booked 3 nights, we could only manage one of those nights. Luckily we had family nearby that allowed us to stay with them. So do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel this is not the one. Pretty sure alll the 5 stars are fake. I feel I should have a complete refund on my credit card considering the horrible experience, and false and misleading advertising.

Bathroom had no toilet paper, I found hair on face cloths, bathroom wall & inside shower. In addition there’s a noisy train that I had to listen to all night long.

The staff were clearly unhappy to be there, the other guests were unhappy to be staying there, the sheets had old stains on them from past guests and it is not as nice as it looks in the pictures… lots of people partying and going in and out, near the metro and quite loud.

Parking has a very narrow entrance ai am scared to get in Chicago’s alley are bigger than the hotel parking entrance it’s to tight easily can damage the car

It was ok not the best clean place

This is probably one of the worst hotel I have stayed at. The hotel is located right next to the train tracts and it was difficult to sleep with the train passing every 10-15 minutes. I booked the hotel for 2 nights, but only stayed one night. There is very limited parking available at the property, and it didn't feel safe.

Loud due to trains running 24/7 right in front of the property. Difficult to navigate parking lot. No corkscrew on premises. Otherwise a typical NYC hotel with small rooms. Convenient to subway and shops.

El parqueo es un problema. Si tienes un carro grande, podrías chocarlo con las paredes. Es un parqueo muy pequeño detrás de la propiedad (solo caben 5 carros, pero, la gente se mete como puede (hasta 8 carros) y a la hora de salir, vas a tener mucho problema). El parqueo está incluido en el hotel, pero, ellos no te aclaran que es por orden de llegada y que no está garantizado. En un momento puedes encontrar un espacio disponible, pero, mayormente no. A menos que tengas suerte y que al llegar encuentres un parqueo y no vuelvas a sacar tu carro hasta el día que te vayas. Yo recomendaría este hotel sin contar con el parqueo.

Well cleaned hotel and breakfast was A1

The front desk staff member was courteous when checking in and the room was clean. Found a sharp staple in the mattress, Why would that be there, it's crazy. Then in the AM hours someone kept slamming a door. And to make it worst, the hotel is beside a very busy train line. Never got much sleep at all. This was my second and last time here. It's highway robbery why check in is at 3pm, but check out is at 11am. Highway robbery!!!!!!!

Clean room and good staff

Central to where I like to stay, easy subway access second time I stayed there, would stay again Right next to LIRR line, but it doesn't run all night

Did even stay there no parking and very unsafe neighborhood. Prostitution outside

This place rents by the hour and the clientele reflects that.

I’m actually surprised this hotel is rate higher. It is not super expensive and pretty good for a night stay.

Location-near a train station. Parking limited and challenging for some vehicles. No proper kitchen facilities and very unclean.
