Very nice hotel the staff was very courteous

I had a terrible experience… I’m filing a formal complaint and to BBB

When we arrived to our room, we realized it has been used. There was trash in a small basket, the pillows messy, used slippers(not belonging to the hotel), bathroom towels messy. The shower floor had shoe footprints. We notified the front desk, the said would clean the room. By the time we got back, it was not cleaned. After an argument they finally agreed to change the room for us. The worst cleaning I have been seen in a hotel. Never coming back to any of your hotels. Mess, they do not clean there. The next day, after housekeeping, the beds were made horribly. The trash not cleaned.

Clean &staff

Very noisy at night. Halls echo and doors slam. Patrons come in drunk and noisey. As far away from the elevator we could get and could still hear it. Breakfast was ok. But you better get there about 1 hour before they stop serving because they don't replenish in that last window. The only reason we stayed was because it was the closest hotel to our destination.

It looks like expedia customers are not welcomed. They put me at the lowest floor, at night and during the day housekeeping staff very loud, beds make so much noise everytime you move as if was ukraine's bomb🤔, no parking, AC works by inttermittence,...

Room was clean, breakfast provided ok but no parking you have to look for street parking a mess

Staff was helpful and given the location of this place it was good enough Car parking is the issue though fortunately I was able to get the street parking and staff helped me to confirm that it was ok to park there
