The food was awful. There were very few options, and what I did eat upset my stomach almost immediately. I spent more time running to the bathroom than enjoying my vacation. Although the room looked clean at first, both my cousin and I found stains on our bedding that should have been removed before new guests checked in. It made us question the hotel’s cleanliness standards. The front desk staff was not helpful whenever we raised concerns. Communicating with housekeeping was also difficult because of the language barrier, making it nearly impossible to get our issues resolved efficiently. The biggest problem was the water. During my stay, I developed intense itching and skin irritation that I had never experienced before. The symptoms started while I was at the hotel and have continued even after returning home. I truly believe the water was the cause because nothing else changed. What frustrated me most was that when I reported my concerns, I felt dismissed instead of taken seriously. Rather than looking into the issue, I was repeatedly asked if I was “sure,” which was upsetting. The rooms were also much smaller than expected. Overall, I was very unhappy with my stay. If I could receive a refund, I absolutely would. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

They have a very clean facility the staff are very kind and friendly they very informative about the environment and the service provided also it’s very relaxing atmosphere to rest they serve a good variety of breakfast options everything is fresh also the rooms are super tidy they provided a very generous amount of towels and also extra coffee in the room I recommend 10/10 for you stay. The best hotel in Brooklyn there is also a huge amount of stores nearby from restaurants shopping center stores and mall a very close to transportation and the community is good.

Parking is a block away and street parking is not really an option. While the room was clean and very basic, the pillows were like sleeping on rocks, the floor had no covering and could have been cleaner but it was free of debris. Walking in with the plexi glass over the front desk gave cheap motel vibes. The staff was pleasant enough but I would not stay there again. I opted out of breakfast but other guests were there seemingly enjoying it. I will investigate the area further before choosing a hotel in the future.

Clean room, staff was accommodating in person but not over the phone. Experience was mid but this place is better than the other location on Empire by far. Would recommend for a quick trip to BK.

Everything was great

The room was clean, the shower doors kept sliding when taking shower so outside door kept getting wet. The complimentary breakfast was great (the lady in charge kept things clean and assisted when needed), and the front desk was very polite and professional. Would use this location when needed in the future. Location is great with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Parking is there (meter).

Only stayed for a night and it was perfect. No complaints.
