Lights did not work, no towels, building not maintained well; poor location; overpriced
-
The room floor was not clean at all, and the pillows had noticeable yellow stains. There were also visible signs of humidity and water damage in the room. Additionally, I was unable to watch the World Cup matches because the hotel did not offer proper cable service; only channels such as The Weather Channel, TNT, and a few others were available. The only positive aspect of my stay was that the hotel was conveniently located near a subway station.

Nothing. Nothing.

There was a fingernail clipping on my pillow upon arrival, and the other two pillows had hair and black marks on them. I slept without pillows. There were no towels in the room when I arrived. There was no ironing board cover. The bolt lock on the door had been removed. The entire floor smelled like mold stepping out of the elevator. The black mold in the shower was so bad that I woke up with a major sinus headache. And they charged me a night’s stay for checking out early, despite the major issues with the hotel. I had to email the manager to get the rest of my stay refunded.

No bar, no breakfast as advertised by Expedia. No AC, no towels, no drinking cups, no Tv. In fact I will challenge this charge.

Hygiene standards questionable. The two small pillows provided for the double bed were poor in quality. However they did not smell and therefore did not complain as my neck was ok the next day. The main shower worked but the hand held shower did not work as the mechanism to change it on the wall was broken. The cleaners only cleaned your room if you requested. By the time we found out we were 36 hours from leaving. The safe was reported locked on the first night and never resolved during our 4 night stay. Though a person did try to resolve the problem at 22:00. He only came on at 21:00. A bearing in an extractor fan in the bathroom wailed for around 12 hours on night 3 and of course went quiet from 07:00 on our 4th day and never disturbed us again. (Intermittent) Difficult to demonstrate the problem. People on the reception desk behind protective plastic barrier gave the place a bad feeling on entering the hotel. However the reception staff were helpful though in our case mainly apologetic. As the hotel was simply accommodation, it appeared that even getting this right for the establishment seemed difficult. Our family was in the hotel trade. Where no food is served, no bar, etc it should be plain sailing. .

Bed was comfortable There were no towels the room was dark with 1 light all the other ones were broken and the carpet was not clean

It was ok if it’s like your last resource type of thing, when I booked my room the deposit only required 40$ but I got charged 100$ instead, which was weird. The rooms ok very big but they do need to work on the sink and think about placing a reel in the bathroom for others not to fall. The room was dusty and you have to ask for towels and rugs.

While this was not expected based on the listing images, the room was in the basement with no windows. This was a surprise, and given the room's cleanliness and price, it did not make sense. However, the basement was less occupied, and I imagine quieter than most rooms, so that could be a positive. I was surprised to find out the room was in the basement, which may have been in fine print, but not in any image of the booked room — I felt this was deceiving. On top of this, there were stains on the sheets, dirt hanging from the exhaust fans, dirty floors, burn marks on the wall, worn furniture, and cheap towels that left a layer of white lint all over your body, to name a few items (see photos). Additionally, with all the above quality issues, they would not refund me for the last night despite notifying them on day one of a five-day stay I would leave a day earlier. The operator offered a different room but said they could not guarantee quality improvements. I would confirm the details before your stay but was shocked to pay this much for such low quality and attention to my concerns.

Shared the room with mice

Cleanlieness and general upkeep is also an issue. It felt like they didnt vaccuum the room. At first I was worried the bed might have not even had the sheets changed. but they were clean sheets. the issue is lack of attention when cleaning the room, the corners, etc.

Basement room with no towels when I arrived.

BED BUGS!!!!! This was a horrible hotel. Filthy and disgusting! Did not even had a bed pad. It had bed bugs on the sheets and I sent in pictures to prove it. I couldn’t stay and the hotel won’t refund my money and booking.com won’t either. Not only disappointed with the hotel, but booking.com as well. I will be taking further action against both companies. The worst experience ever!!!! Everything as stated above

That is so clean. Love the location. I can’t wait till y’all start back serving breakfast. That is no breakfast in the a.m. bring that back. Bring back the rooftop.

I would not recommend. Looks cool from pictures. Stains on the couch and had to put a sheet over it. The floors were not clean you could look in the corners and other areas and could tell they had not been touched. Bathroom door handle broken. Lobby area no longer serves coffee or anything. Glad I was only there one night I won’t go back.

The hotel was terrible. Rooms are dirty, the sink was broken, the bed had hair on it. Please don’t book here
-
Entry way. No security. No bar or coffee area as advertised. No Breakfast Bar, just one staff member The overall experience was horrible and lacking hospitality and no towels. Dirty sheets and facilities
-
Over priced, poor location with no restaurants or coffee shops nearby, no towels in room, bugs in shower. Expedia reviews are way "over rated" for this property.
-
Beds and shower Was in the basement, charged too much didn't provide phone in room nor essentials( wash rag, towel) had to rebook at site
-
Clean room, mostly, though it was missing towels and tissues. Pretty bare bones services as far as we could tell. Good market nearby to pick up snacks, tho.
