Very cool little spot! Restaurant isn't open Mondays, which I'm totally bummed about but I'll try it next time because I'll definitely be back. Very neat vibe, definitely not a corporate style hotel, offers a unique experience. I enjoyed drinks on the chairs in front of my room while people played cards in the courtyard.

Everything. If you’re there on a Sunday there’s live music in the evening. Loved it! Restaurant is fabulous. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet. Nothing

What a great hidden (independent) gem among many franchised and branded hotels.

Quiet, clean, great location (close to many hiking trails), fabulous staff, and had a wonderful pub - food was great. The listing here on Booking.com said breakfast was included - but they did not actually have any breakfast. The pub is not even open at that time to buy breakfast (though, there is a Starbucks only a few minutes away - among other breakfast establishments). So, the posting needs to be updated. One of the staff told me they stopped serving breakfast during Covid. I went and bought some fruit & yogurt to have for breakfast & kept it in the refrigerator in the room - so, I was fine.

Needed a second nightstand.

Everything Nothing
-
Locally owned. No billionaire’s. Absolutely nothing.

The Burns Pub is quite impressive. Food was okay, but it was extremely busy so maybe the kitchen was a bit overwhelmed. The service was fantastic The room needed to be better vacuumed. The bedding wasn't warm enough

This is my favorite place to stay in Colorado! Excellent restaurant, large rooms, fireplaces, quiet, clean, comfortable. Staff is wonderful!

Everything is so great that I extended my stay.

The property is immaculate. The meals are based upon an English style, but the staff was happy to provide us with a vegetarian breakfast. The business is family operated and they really take pride in both their facility and their service. My wife and I were very impressed.

I liked the concept of a quaint Inn, but I was disappointed. It was older than I like, very outdated 70s-80s vibe. Both beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, the bathroom was small. The fireplace didn’t work.

Location, ambience, felt like I was in the English countryside. Great amenities, cute attached pub. Made a reservation for another stay next year.
-
Awesome staff, beautiful view of pond from my room, quiet rooms, excellent restaurant fare, spacious room with full kitchenette, nice amenities, pristine cleanliness, lovely fireplace.

Unique, sweet setting in the middle of the suburbs. Felt like stepping into a European retreat. Lovely courtyard and huge room. Wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely would return.
