Pool and hot tub were closed, laundry facilities were out of order, no coffee maker in the room and AC (floor unit) was loud. Beds were comfortable and nice water pressure in shower but shower floor was very slippery. Would not recommend this hotel.

Family Trip: We stayed for 3 nights at this Holiday Inn Express, from September 17 - September 20th. The staff was friendly and mostly helpful. The breakfast was tasty and typical of free Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. One of the major deciding factors in choosing this hotel was the indoor pool. However, the pool was out of service the entirety of our stay. Looking back at some of the previous reviews, it may have been out of service for a while. It was very disappointing have one of the top amenities of this hotel be unavailable. Were it not for that inconvenience, we may have given a better review.

Nice room and good location. The TV remote didn’t work properly. It wasn't the right remote for that TV. The Closed Caption came on when the TV was turned on and that remote couldn’t remove it. The was a little bit of mold in the shower. The staff was very helpful.

Clean The pool was down for maintenance. The breakfast was disappointing.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Loved the availability of coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. We made evening hot chocolate runs every night. You ran out of cheese onlets and the scrambled eggs just didn't cut it.

Check-in is 3:00. Room was not ready until 4:00. Lobby full of travelers trying to get their rooms.

washer in laundry was broken down & front desk didn't have quarters available to run the laundry machines that did work. I had to go to the motel across the street to get quarters to run the laundry. The pool also was closed.
