Holiday Inn Brownsville by IHG

It was clean quiet and peaceful

Misunderstanding in breakfast included with room. I heard several mention they thought breakfast came with the room.

Bathroom mirror not working

When I booked online I selected pay at the hotel options. However you charged my card before. I would look elsewhere where

It was great no problems !!!

I showed up to this property in my vehicle and booked a one night stay through Expedia. I went in to claim my reservation and they told me that it was for the wrong day. I sent it to the next day rather than the day of. I had to cancel that reservation and rebook it for the same night. They refused to refund me the money for the night that I booked for the next was within 10 minutes of the original booking. This wasn’t booked in advance. Nobody lost a room. No money was lost. This is simply a crook place to stay and given how much time I’ve stayed at Hilton including Hawaii last week I will be taking this much much further.

The ladies in the front office are so sweet, kind and ready to help you. They make it so easy and comfortable checking in.

Had trouble finding an ice machine that worked, two floors had broken machines. Most hotels at this price offer bottled water for the kurig , but not here. No free breakfast offered either. Dirty towels left piled outside a couple rooms for a full day. I would not come back here

Ok

Everything was great!! Very clean beds were very comfortable!

It is sad that you all charge the little breakfast you all have

Convenient. Great location to all the hot spots.

It was clean and staff were friendly/helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
