Clean Nothing

On arrival it was very generic rooms on 2nd floor exits and entrance here here nothing else. No info on check out time etc, i guess it’s on an email somewhere. Room, at a glance was clean but no it wasn’t. The bed had clean sheets. The restroom bath tub and walls were dirty, pink and black mold, no attempt to clean. The window has dirt on them, the air conditioner had visible black mold on the internal vents and just not working. If we tried to put it on high it would shut off completely. My son and i were hot we couldn’t sleep. We are both allergic to mold so our nose was running the entire time and i had to take my puff off albuterol. We only needed a bed to stay but it’s not going to be our prefered place to stay next time. Ice machine in the hall, on the outside was dirty, scared to see the inside.

It was amazing great Staff, and breakfast was awesome. The pool was great and the room as comfortable. Clerks were very courteous A+ Experience

Don't charge for breakfast

The customer service is awful. The staff are not openly rude, but they constantly play dumb whenever there is a serious problem to resolve. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. My vehicle was towed while I was literally checking into the hotel. I ended up paying almost $300 to get it back; and that was supposedly after a “discount.” Their system is ridiculous. They require you to place a small parking card on the dashboard to show you are a guest, BUT they only give you the card after you complete check-in. Meanwhile, the towing company is apparently circling the parking lot like vultures waiting to snatch vehicles before guests even finish registering. There is absolutely no common sense involved. No one checks whether the owner is inside checking in. No courtesy call. No warning. Nothing. If the card is not on the dashboard immediately, they tow you; even if you are actively becoming a paying customer. And the hotel staff could not care less. They act like this happens every day and like it is somehow your fault. Honestly, it feels like the hotel and towing company are working together to squeeze money out of guests. I have never seen such predatory treatment of customers in my life. Avoid this place unless you want your trip ruined and your wallet emptied before you even get to your room.

Staff was professional and friendly. Comfortable stay. Easy parking. The traffic was unexpectedly busy - very active, growing city.

Checked out early, terrible experience with parking

The room was clean, the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, makeup remover wipes, and hand soaps. The A/C worked great.

The location was good and staff was nice I had gotten two different rooms and both were dirty, which was weird because I had stay before and never had a problem
