The elevator was broken the entire trip forcing guest to climb flights of stairs. The air-conditioning turned off and on throughout the night making it very uncomfortable.

Elevators are not working

Lady in the front desk was very rude

A/C in our room was not working I told the front desk and she said she’d look at it and she supposedly fixed it up it still would not cool the room. We were up all night, sweaty and I told another front desk lady at 6 am and nothing was done. When checking out I mentioned it one more time and the lady just said “okay”. Never staying here again. Didn’t even give partial refund or offer to change room.

The person who checked us in was not very friendly. The elevator isn't working and the staff is having to put people on the 3rd and 4th floor. I have arthritis and get severely dehydrated. Climbing up and down the stairs where it's extremely hot to get to and from the my assigned room is not ideal.

Extremely clean. Elevator is scary but love the place.

It was close by to restaurants and Golds Gym. The alarm that was over my bed was flashing bright at night. Hard to fall asleep without putting a pillow over your eyes.

Location. This property opened recently and already has issues. You DO NOT get your money's worth. I paid close to $700 for for a 3 night stay for my family and they assigned a 4th floor room but the elevator was not working and did not work during their stay. They remedy this by making you sign a document or waiver in which you want to stay despite the elevator issue. The A/C in the room was below adequate.

When I checked in, I was informed that the elevators were out and they had me on the 3rd floor. I asked if there would be a discount due to this and I was told NO. Due to time, I took the room and carried my heavy suite case up 3 flights of stairs. Seems like the room should have discounted or offer me another stay with a discount. Unprofessional!!

Everything was nice clean

The property is new and well kept. The room was pretty nice, with full refrigerator. The shower could have used a little more love from the cleaning staff, but after doing a rinse off it was all good. The only super minor issue was the provided soap and shampoo is pretty rough. I went over to Walmart and picks up some travel size and all was well.

The area is nice and the ppl are friendly . The room was clean WAYYY SMALLER then the site looks but it was nice and clean. The air was hard to work . The front desk lady with long and glasses was not real friendly who wouldn’t let me do early check in but wanted me to pay before check in ? CRAZY HUH? Jazmin the front staff was nice and friendly she came to the room to fix the TV which was missing 20 channels . THE Elevator BROKE DOWN day 2 of 3 night 4 day stay. Walked three flights of stairs with THREE kids and bags back and forth for 3 days! IVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE && it never got fixed !!!! So inconvenient. Over all I give the stay a 6/10 due to the elevators but it was clean & comfortable!!

No complains

A place that looked brand new. Everything was super clean and tidy. The only thing that could have been better were the mattresses. I give them a perfect score. They also had a self-service shop which was great.

Friendly staff and the room we stayed in had a kitchenette which was clean and had basic necessities to cook with a full sized refrigerator. The only curious thing was the wi-fi...our phones had poor service and when we tried watching TV and kept getting the "not connected to network" on the screen and the QR code to scan sent us to another screen to pay $1 per device and there was another option available. Since we were on a quick trip it was fine we didnt use the TV but this is an FYI to others that may have littles that want to use the TV, have tablets and any other devices for entertainment.

The Fitness Center has limited equipment
