Pésima la actitud del personal en recepción, Nos atendió muy mal, grosero y parecía que nos estaba haciendo un favor además llegamos cerca de las 11:00 pm éramos los únicos huéspedes haciendo el check in y se tardó más de 45 minutos en darnos la habitación además nos dio la habitación más retirada cuando venían personas de la tercera edad que no podía caminar. Me extraña que tengan personal tan poco calificado y con cero amabilidad. Que pena que por el personal tan poco educado y empatico nuestra estancia en el hotel sea una mala experiencia

The staff was horrible there were no goodie bags to welcome the guests there was mold in the restroom. Horrible experience and it was for my birthday. Worst birthday ever.

Overpriced

Did not like the breakfast sandwich in a bag, thought it would have been better. Pool was clean rooms were clean but could never get remote to work with the tv

I had reserve a suite and was not available for me was moved without notification to a smaller room and had A/C issues in the night time and refrigerator did not work.

We love it everything was excellent we will be back soon.

Simple but excellent.

The sound proofing is terrible. We could hear people going to the bathroom in the next room, people yelling at their kids and banging against the walls. There aren't enough charging ports next to the beds and no USB-C's at all. The bathroom sink water never got hot and we even lost water for a short time.

Cleanliness, staff and pool weight room The beds are very hard, especially being a Marriott name. My back hurt all night.
