First the staff was very kind, mgmt is however unresponsive. I had 4 cold showers the entire stay. The waffle maker broken entire time. Both treadmills broken. Walls & floor/ceiling were paper thin & the worst pillows I’ve literally ever used so not good rest. I asked to have mgmt call me upon checkout & still no response a week later. Very disappointing.

I had a very nice stay and the GM Ruth I believe - she was amazing. She is right where she is meant to be- in hospitality. I felt so welcomed. She recommended a restaurant (Terras) for me while I was there and it was PERFECT!!! It’s obvious she listened to everything I was telling her I liked and wanted me to enjoy my time. Another person on the team , I believe her name is Carla ran up to my room and dropped off pepto bismol and water one morning when I got sick before needed to meet with a supplier. Super helpful. I’d stay again.

I was so grateful that I was able to be accomodated a little earlier than check in time. The breakfast was yummy and the coffee bar was very much appreciated. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

Everything was great just think that the pillows need to be upgraded u put your head in it and sink like if their was no pillow

Pool needs an update renovation

At approximately 9:47 PM (I have to wake up at 4:30am for work), a herd of what sounded like 17 fully grown elephants began playing indoor soccer directly above my room. There was stomping, running, what I can only assume was tackling, and at least one incident that sounded like somebody dropped a refrigerator. I called the front desk and asked if everything was okay upstairs. The noise continued with no help from the front desk. The walls were shaking so badly I started expecting the referee to come downstairs and apologize for the noise. At one point, I swear I heard cheering followed by what sounded like a goal horn. 8/10 hotel. 0/10 soundproofing. Would recommend—just make sure you get a room on the top floor, unless you’re interested in experiencing the Asian Elephant Premier League at 2 AM.

Swimming pool was dirty, Too many leaves and other liter.

Breakfast and staff were good but I specifically booked this hotel for the accessibility room and was given the opposite. The room was hearing accessible but advertised on the listing. It said the shower was accessible which wasn’t, my mother is a double amputee with prosthetic legs that she cannot really walk on and we had to have a guest help carry and place her in the shower. The hotel staff provided me a foldable chair to put in the standing shower, but it was still very difficult and an inconvenience to our trip. The swimming pool has an accessible chair for people with disabilities and that also did not work.

Hotel was clean and staff were super kind and helpful. However, the maintenance was the issue with this hotel. When we got there the pull out couch still had dirty linens. The shower had empty bottles of shampoo. The worst part was the toilet wouldnt work. It was just fill with water and not flush. Im shocked that whoever cleaned the room after the last guest could miss all these things.

Only couple of things worth to mention to have some improvement, the first floor Ice maker didn't work, the coffee (decaf) was limited and when there was late in the day was cold, same for regular coffee. Breakfast was good but if you arrived around 9am (closes at 10am) you wont find many items (no eggs, no bread, no sausage/bacon).

The bed was no comfortable plus the bedroom sink water was missing the cool warer(hot only)
