Staff at check-in was a lil rude when we asked questions but other staff we had to deal with at different times was very helpful and nice and polite and answered all of our questions very nicely we will most definitely stay here again when we return!

I had a great stay and felt safe in the location. The staff were polite and very helpful.

Overall, the staff was very helpful and very nice and understanding. They were able to get us everything we asked for and more (the new room in which we didn’t ask for but was very much appreciated). The staff gets 5/5 stars from us. We were just displeased and unsatisfied.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Suite was spacious and comfortable, but did show some wear & tear (stains on the chair, a missing light fixture and rust in the bathroom). It seemed more like age and normal use than a cleanliness issue, but the room could definitely use some updating. Overall great experience.

I had 2 rooms and 1 had roaches and the other didn't. The staff didn't want to accommodate. They only wanted to spray the room while we were still in there. I had to cancel the last night for the roach infected room and pile up in one room. They're not welcoming with people of color. They painted and had no signs out so paint was everywhere. My it was a problem when our kids used the pool!

The staff is extremely sweet and helpful it’s clean and very comfortable! The breakfast could be a little better but it’s ok for a hotel breakfast

Needed a good cleaning

Being put right in front of the elevator and the noise of the cleaning crew and other people all hours of the day and night.

Luckily, the front office staff were wonderful and refunded us. Save yourself the trouble and find another place. We booked this based on the photos and it did not look anything like the pictures, We stayed about 40 mins and then packed up and drove to another hotel. The room was just gross. No soap at all in the bathroom which made us wonder if had ever been properly cleaned in the first place. We had a suite for 6 people and there were only 3 towels. The sheets were dingy and the comforters were gross. The area around the hotel was very sketchy too. We should have known by the moment we pulled in and there wasn’t a car in the lot that this place was not okay

Everything Nothing

Everything was nice and clean the staff was very helpful

There was no toilet paper when I checked into the room. The mirror in bathroom had spit and toothpaste all over it. The closet door wasn't connected and they had it propped up with a chair. And the mini fridge didnt work.

It was clean and very quiet and good location.

Staff Cleanliness is poor, the bottle mark shampoo, lotion but apperently is empty, toilet was very dirty, mold all over. No refill

It smelled like old folks home in the hallways and the room smelled like mildew the floor had hair like it was swept the pillows was hard I will never stay here again the furniture was out dated just nasty we stayed 1 night and I was so glad to get out tht room and find some where else to stay it was slate when we got to Brunswick that night an di had paid for the room before I got there or when I pulled up and ppl standing outside just hanging out I would went somewhere else I will never stay here again

I liked that check in was quick and easy. I did not like, however, that we had to ask for towels every day and sometimes you would only receive towels that were a tad bigger than hand towels. We weren't in our room very much so it wasn't a huge deal.
