Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott - Brunswick

The lobby and our room smell like mildew and musty. Hotel is outdated and old looks newer from the outside, but the inside is very old had a terrible night trying to sleep only slept like three hours due to the moisture and musty smell in the room. Very disappointed at Marriott. This doesn’t meet their standards.

Room was dirty and appeared to not have been cleaned ,sleeping mattress was heavily stained to the point even hotel staff agreed it needed to be replaced and was unacceptable to sleep on. Thankfully the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful, professional and able to find us another room for our stay.

Property by review was given excellent but I found it to be good. Only. Cleanliness was okay with some minor issues in the bathroom by the office downstairs and in our unit. Staff was a little sluggish but very pleasant. Overall with many other choices right on the same road off the i-95 exit Brunswick, probably could have found a different choice despite the fee being a few dollars lower

It was just ok

Overall just felt kinda there and not the best upkeep. I didn’t have liners in the trash can. I didn’t have conditioner. The bottle were mounted on the shower one had fallen off. The hotel was humid and the air was stale. And there were bugs in the tub.

Large and comfortable. It was very clean and organized with space for toiletries and clothing.

Good location, friendly staff and clean

Smelled like mold , black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, shower floor slimy, no soap in the shower, mold/grime around the shower and wallpaper coming off the wall. I don't think the bed was changed either.

The pool was nice and clean! The staff was super sweet! Comfy beds. Check in was at 3. We got there at 6. And had to wait until 7 or after to actually get checked in.

Friendly staff, very clean

I feel this hotel is in pretty poor condition however it has been recently renovated. The hallway and our room had two different strange odors and our mattress cover was very stained. Not a very pleasant stay. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

The room was clean. The only thing I didn't understand is why they do not put garbage bags in the cans. Other than that I had no problems at all
