Room was great,,Staff helped me with anything we needed

Nice little hotel, close to restaurants and shopping. Best part is how quiet it is, especially at night.

Excellent but a bigger tv would be nice

Beds were great and so was the breakfast.

It is a new hotel, so it is nice.

After experiencing a broken shoulder during my trip the front desk went beyond to help me.

We waited over an hour to finally get a room around 4:30 p.m. the lobby was full of people all night trying to get their rooms. When we finally got a room it was nasty and smelled terrible. We will never stay here again

The breakfast was ok, however the room’s smell didn’t like it..

Basic but kool. The staff was a specialty kind.

Water was luke warm at best for shower.

It was a great experience with the Fairfield, everything was fantastic. The front desk , the kitchen ladies and especially Stephanie the lady who made sure everything in our room was great, and changed our pillows I am allergic to feather pillows! We will be going back, have tried 2 other hotels but will go back to Fairfield in Brunswick Georgia!!

Had to wait till 3pm to check in. Parking lot had only 3 cars..so I thought there would already be rooms ready. Used restroom..no maid carts in the hall. We had driven many hours and are seniors.my husband semi handicapped.had to wait 2hrs to ck in

When I got there at 4:30 I was told our room wasn’t ready yet so we went and ate dinner and came back around 6:30… went to our room to see that it wasn’t the room I booked. Went back to front desk and she knew she gave us the wrong room. She then said they were overbooked and couldn’t give us the room I originally booked so we had to get the king suite which meant 3 of us had to sleep on the king bed and our other 2 kids were on the pull out… I will never stay at another Fairfield again

Was not given the room we reserved. Booked a room for 6 and got assigned a standard room that only slept 4. Property was “over booked”. Two of us had to sleep on the floor. No reduction in price was offered either. Still had to pay for the pricier room. I’ve tried reaching out with no luck.

The room was designed as a sitting room and a separate bedroom, which is always a plus for me rather than just a box with a bathroom. The breakfast had a good selection and plenty of seating. There was a lot of dining options and shopping literally within minutes of the hotel as well. Will stay here again.

No eggs

The lobby and our room smell like mildew and musty. Hotel is outdated and old looks newer from the outside, but the inside is very old had a terrible night trying to sleep only slept like three hours due to the moisture and musty smell in the room. Very disappointed at Marriott. This doesn’t meet their standards.

Room was dirty and appeared to not have been cleaned ,sleeping mattress was heavily stained to the point even hotel staff agreed it needed to be replaced and was unacceptable to sleep on. Thankfully the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful, professional and able to find us another room for our stay.
