The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. There were no issues with our stay. Definitely coming back!

La habitación completa estaba limpia, muy acogedora, el desayuno caliente muy bueno y el personal muy amable. Lo unico que quisiera sugerir es actualizar un poco mas la propiedad a lo moderno. No utilizamos la piscina, pero notamos que necesita mas elementos estéticos que atraigan su uso. Pero en “overall”, una estancia muy buena, lo recomiendo!

The sheets were dirty in the first room. They gave us a second room, and there was blood on those sheets. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was top notched!

The front desk staff was very friendly and the lobby was very clean. The rooms need some work. The bathroom and the floors in the kitchenette were pretty dirty. Definitely not swept or mapped from the previous guests. The beds were super uncomfortable as well. Not sure I would return back.

No hospitality, nobody said hi or hello or we are glad you are here, nothing. Just looking at phones with heads down.

Everything was good. No internet to logon the apps. I called and left a message at the front desk but never got a response back.

The location was great for the purpose of our trip. Our youngest was thrilled there was a pool, and I was thrilled the pool was warm enough to enjoy. The breakfast was perfect for us with hard-boiled eggs and gluten-free options (and of course waffles). The only downside was I think the AC stopped at some point over night and we felt a bit like vegetables in a steamer bag.
