Very nice, wine and snack, breakfast was great!

System was down. I showed them evidence of paying for room and they refused to check me in, but helped others. I waited for hours before leaving for another hotel.

Beware the hotel is under construction.

The property is being renovated. As of now it is very dated. It will probably be great after renovated. The breakfast was very good!

was black with mold under the rim. Their breakfast ends at 9 am and it wasn't clear at check-in, it's frustrating to miss one of the main reasons you chose the hotel. The staff was rude about it when we showed up for breakfast at 9:13 am. The location is sketchy and certainly not the experience you expect when paying for a nicer hotel.

Clean and the breakfast was good I accidentally spilled a cup of coffee, burning my hands. My husband hurried to get something to clean with and a kitchen staff came out and made a dramatic, angry scene. He was speaking Spanish (I believe) which I do not understand. Whatever he said made all the other staff laugh. A nice lady from the staff FINALLY asked me was I ok. When I told her I would clean my mess she told me not to worry that she would clean it. I was embarrassed and shocked at how the whole situation was handled.

It was clean, I liked the decor of the inside and the bar/restaurant Breakfast was horrible, staff were unfriendly, very outdated, location and outside was weird. I had issue with my air and the fridge and spoke to two different people, don’t know if it was ever addressed.

I love this hotel for a lot of reasons . They have a great breakfast. The rooms are quiet and clean the bar is comfortable and the staff is friendly . What else could you ask for ?

First time in the area, breakfast always great ES. Bar area also nice. The pool needs some work. Mall and theater nearby is pretty cool.

We will definitely be back anytime we are traveling through.

The location and the facility were great. I truly enjoyed the look of the lobby and bar area. I wish that the pool had been enclosed.

Spacious, quiet. Nice main level lobby, bar area. Room did not smell fresh. Stuffy. Bathroom & kitchenette area floors were sticky. Location of hotel was on a mall property. We were there on a Sunday and the mall parking lot was empty, so don’t know if stores were just closed or if mall was just vacant.

It was close to the highway. Upon checking in , the young lady at the reception actually ignored me as I stood there waiting for her for 10 minutes. She never greeted me or apologized to me for having me wait so long. She kept answering the phone and there was no one in front of me. She was just rude and after a long day of traveling it was not something that I was expecting. The lighting of the place was also dismal. It was very dark inside like they put low voltage bulbs in or something. Just depressing.

The breakfast has always been the best with Embassy Suites. We love the interior layout and the staff was super friendly!
