Motel 6 Bryan, TX - College Station

The Air conditioner didn't work and the door didn't lock so we didn't even stay last night we came home and if I could get my money back I would. Would you stay in a place where the door wouldn't even lock and the Air conditioner didn't even work?? I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT MOTEL

Front desk not help ful at all talk back treat u like id they are giving u a hand out

Only complaint i have was the neighboring room left their tv on at 1 in the morning. But the staff took care of it when I called.

More than fair accomodations for the price! Would definitely stay here again. A/C worked amzingly well in the hot Texas heat!

I went to the front desk at 7 am and no one came out to help me there was no bell to ring I banged the window and yelled and no one came out for a good 5 minutes on my reservation it was double bed 4 people and they didn't wanna give us towels to use only enough for 2 people other then that it was okay

Room The morning receptionist lady was rude af. Me and my finance booked the room and he left for the day and when I stepped out of the room and tried to get back in the key card for my room wasn’t working. So I got to the front desk and tell them my situation and with an adittude for no reason mind you ask if I’m on the list I said I should be keep in mind I gave her the room number my fiancés name and had the key card in had and she look at me and say what’s your name I tell her my name for her only to rudely ask for my name agin for me only to say it louder and her to ask if I have my ID like ….. mam how tf am I supposed to have my id if I told u im locked out of my room???? I say no and with an adittude she says I’ll do it this time but next time have your ID before rudely sliding the key card to me!! As someone who paid 366$ to be here for a week she was unprofessional stuck up and rude and if this is the kind of customer service motel 6 promotes as a customer service employee myself then they won’t be getting anymore money from me!!!

She switched rooms for me and the new room was even worse.

All ice makers at location out of order. Pool not available. No security. Some people near our room where drunk or on drugs, scary situation. These possible guests insisted on approaching us. Scary

Price gouge! Paid $193 for one night. Definitely not worth it.
