Very clean room, the staff was great and help me by letting my mother stay a hour and half so I could attend a track meet and watch my great granddaughter’s two events, the air conditioner work great, cooled the room and made it very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable

No hot water at any time of day or night. Although pets are allowed, the day after checkin the proprietor stopped one of my crew that was staying in the room and accosted her about paying an additional fee for the dogs. He then forced her to pay on the spot and charged for 4 nights when the room was only booked for 3 nights. This added up to fully half of the cost for the room itself, and nowhere was the pet fee disclosed on Expedia or at the time of checkin. Even still, the rooms are cheap and the ice machine has a virtually limitless supply. But really, put your pet fee on your listings and don't bully scared women into paying inflated fees.

Not taken care of. Not clean. I understand having something old, but this was not cared for. The room smelled like weed. Very badly. And it just got worse from there.

We came in for the Brazos Valley Horse Auction. Needed a place to stay for the weekend that was close to sale barn. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very refreshing after being outside all day!

Friendly staff but the place needs some serious renovations. The ac worked good fortunately. I guess my review is based on what we played and being that there was an important match at Kyle field prices were inflated. It served its purpose but it wasn’t worth the money. I would not Etsy there again

The staff at the counter were friendly and it was easy to check-in. Our room wasn't ready and was not properly cleaned. It seemed like the cleaning staff was having lunch in our room when we got there. They quickly cleaned up when we showed up but it still smelled like food. There was also hair in the shower mat.
